He had no business being in the soul society. In all honesty this place was filled with nothing but scum. It was pathetic, really. But he had nothing better to do. It’s not like Aizen needed him for anything. 

But Kenjiru was curious on how the shinigami were doing now that they were betrayed by three captains. Careful footsteps made their way into the seireitei. But with his luck, right when the arrancar turned the corner, he made eye contact with a shinigami. A female one at that.
