Well I do suppose I should introduce myself! I am Ferdinand von Aegir (or perhaps Aegir-Vestra? We are still working out the logistics.) I am the duke of Aegir, which is just as exhausting of work as it sounds, sadly - but it is very fulfilling, of course.  I also have a buckskin percheron horse named Butter, but she is not the only horse I care for!

First ride back on Amba. She was perfect today! Very forward and energetic but never spooked and stopped right away when I asked her to. And while she didn't step into it she also strode past the big puddle without hesitation. She seemed very surefooted and surged up and down the hills without tripping. If she were fitter I would have stayed out a long time with her.
