indefinite hiatus

hi yall, 

i think the best thing for me right now is to put larxene on an indefinite hiatus. i just feel like my muse is so dead and lately i’ve been going through a depression episode: no motivation to write and be rping as much as i was. i am so so SO happy that you all enjoyed my larxene as much as i did !  ❤ i had so much fun writing her and with all of you - plotting, etc. i am not sure truthfully if i’ll come back, but if you were my main, feel free to take me off because i do not want anyone to feel restricted, etc. 

i used to rp for years! i JUST came back, and it is all thanks to many people and friends that brought me back to my feet. right now, i’m going to just take a break, plus i have uni creeping up on me and my LIFE is just so incredibly busy!!! i just wanted to do a special thanks and a sorry - i’ll be away for a while. maybe i will come back, i hope i do tbh so before you archive me forever - I MIGHT COME BACK but if you have my info then you already know. ;) 

i may still rp a bit on my multimuse so if you would like, feel free to follow me there or hop on there and ask for my discord! other than that, after i post this - i will not be logging onto this blog for the time being.

Xemnas has been avoiding her—with every good reason to in the world. Shame. Embarrassment. The last time he saw her, he was her superior, she was plotting against him, he sent her and her co-conspirator to be killed and had experienced victory against them on that front…

It feels like a lifetime ago.

But she catches his golden eye with hers, and he knows he’ll be assigned to a mission with her eventually. He cringes as he meets her gaze, head still bowed, and not just because she’s so much shorter than him. “Ah. It’s been quite some time, No. XII… You look… well.”

ϟ  ┇ She PEERS at her former superior, definitely UNCERTAIN on any initial forms of opinions. It has and BEEN years, centuries since their last encounter. In addition to the VAST amount of time that passed - she sported a new look, a signature VIBRANT, striking gold pair of eyes that flashed back towards the OTHER. 

ϟ  ┇ “Well?” Unable to STIFLE the laugh that escaped from her petite frame, she props her hands on her HIPS, creating theatrical and exaggerated gestures.  “Talk about a disappointing reunion. Being DEAD -- certainly has its perks, doesn’t it? I’m glad you noticed my new skin care routine, XEMNAS.” A DEVILISH curve of the lips as she challenges him -- “wouldn’t you know a thing or two about that?”

               she didn’t understand why any given amount of free time would be used up for her ; though, it’s not as though she has a right to complain here. after all, it is she who is imprisoned — her voice doesn’t seem to have a say in anything. but even so, Naminé couldn’t see why she was also given a day off too, only to be given a visit by the Savage Nymph herself. a bored day today might be, but to have her draw something that doesn’t align with the usual plan ? she warily looks between Larxene’s knife——a Foudre——and the one sketched in crayon on her sketchbook. ❛  …h-how’s this, Larxene ?  ❜ she asks a timid question, voice soft, addressing her with hesitant eyes.

ϟ  ┇ Her comrades, XI, IV, and VII were preoccupied with other duties - specifically overseeing the replica project happening behind CLOSED doors. Since the idiots were so INVESTED into this design to use as a scapegoat - Larxene was stuck on BABYSITTING duties. In a WICKED way, it was AMUSING to TORMET someone as futile and feeble as the LITTLE WITCH mostly because she was the main SPELL that allured the organization’s prized TARGET: Sora. JADED eyes narrow towards the canvas, splotches of FAMILIAR hues: yellow, blue ... a clear unfinished outline of her BELOVED foudre. Unable to STIFLE her laughter, the nobody gestures towards various aspects of the sketch. 

ϟ  ┇ “What IS this? This looks NOTHING like my foudre. God, you’re so USELESS. You can’t even draw something as simple as this? Draw something else in this dump. I hate seeing you draw something as elegant as MY weapon.” Before much protest from the smaller nobody, Larxene was SWIFT to SHRED the sketch by hand - sounds of paper RIPPING echoed into the STERILE room. “While I’m asking nicely, draw something else. You won’t be able to LEAVE before I approve.”

Rough sketches of him and his friends were scattered throughout the room. As well as on the walls for anyone who were to walk in here to see. The one that had caught his eye happened to be pinned up on the wall Larxene’s back was facing. 

“I’m not. There’s a drawing there that I wanna look at.” With that, Sora walked around her to take a closer look. It was of him, Kairi, and Riku. 

He turned around to face the other once she made mention of his friends. Trapped? What..? 

“What do you mean trapped? What did you do to them?!”

ϟ  ┇ A BEMUSED expression as she watches the key bearer gaze longingly at the doodles of his false memories and all because of a little WITCH. Once catching Sora’s attention, a sharp GIGGLE releases ; filling the gaps of SILENCE between the two. It was unfortunate that XII wanted the PAWN to be alive - if it wasn’t Marluxia’s orders, the hero’s BLOOD would have been already STAINED on her hands (that’s what the gloves are for, right?)

ϟ  ┇ “What did I do to them? I think the better question is, what DIDN’T I do to them? While you’re here playing tag with the heartless, your friends are somewhere SUFFERING and HURTING because our HERO wasn’t there to RESCUE them. My, what a pure tragedy if you ask me. Doesn’t sound like your story has a happy ending.”

          She muses on, one to always speak her mind. Was it part of her programming? No, androids had transcended beyond that. They were still built into their code, sure— but programs didn’t restrict them as they once used to. Though she was a prototype model, advancement was ingrained into her model’s line. YoRHa Number 2 Model A was her own automaton, gifted with both grace and bluntness.

                    “… But I can call a bitch when I see one.”

ϟ  ┇ “A bitch?” Such OBSCENE language COMPELLED XII to advance towards the mysterious figure - piqued her CURIOSITY. “I’ve heard many things, but I can’t say I’ve heard anyone use such a tongue as SHARP as yours. If you stay longer, you wouldn’t even be ALIVE to see why I’m a bitch.” A suppressed GROWL, SNARL at the claim, electricity RUSHING past a hallow body - CONSUMED thoughts of DEATH and FUN. 

ϟ  ┇ “Why don’t you come closer and see the wrath of a real bitch.”

ϟ  ┇ Since Sora’s disappearance she had the UPMOST pleasure with toying with his friends. After giving Riku a WARM welcome which included SPITEFUL exchanges and only roughening the wielder a LITTLE BIT - surely, her superior still wanted the idiot to be alive as both him and Kairi were LINKED to the STRENGTH of his heart. Before XII could contemplate her next moves, the sounds of HUSHED steps seize her thoughts.

ϟ  ┇ “What do we have here? I didn’t expect everyone’s favorite PRINCESS to visit me so soon or shall I say, their damsel in distress.”

From the corner of BERYL orbs spot a clown-like figure. Immediately, she shrugs off XIV, leaving the attraction: “you know, nevermind. I hate looking at UGLY things - let’s do something else in this dump.”

At Larxene’s acerbic words, a wry smile quirked at the young master’s lips. In another lifetime, his former self would have been consumed by the truth of the Savage Nymph’s words. Yes, Riku had once opened his heart to darkness, thereby bringing destruction and ruin to his beloved island and the friends who called it home. Yes, Riku’s foolishness, selfishness, and envy brought harm to his friends. Yes, he spent months on end, wrought with grief and guilt and determination to earn retribution from those he had wronged. But his friends forgave him, again and again, without reservation. 

“This was Xehanort, Riku. Not you.”

“Riku, you’re my best friend!”

“Everything you did was to protect us. Even if you strayed from the path, your heart always brought you back again…”

It was useless to blame himself now. It was a waste of energy, and an insult to the unconditional love of his friends. Living in the past would serve no one. To prove himself worthy, he would protect the things that matter. 

“I guess that’s why they’re called rumors,” countered the keyblade master in a calm, measured voice. “They’re rarely true.” Aquamarine eyes appraised his adversary. “I remember now. You must be Larxene. My…” Riku almost uttered ‘replica,’ then ‘other me,’ but promptly decided that neither of those descriptions fit anymore. “…friend told me all about you.”

Her smirk. It was hauntingly expressive, for someone who lacked a heart.

“Rumor has it,” said Riku, “That you were dead. I guess you really can’t trust hearsay these days.”

ϟ  ┇As the wielder muses her MALICIOUS words, syllables filled with ENMITY. Riku had the highest potential of undeniable greatness. Between her comerades, Riku had the CLOSEST affinity to Ansem/Xehnort/Xemnas. It was APPALLING and DISGRACEFUL an individual such as himself; that possessed COPIOUS amounts of DARKNESS in his heart is swayed by trivial, fruitless barriers like friendships. With his power, he could DOMINATE the world in pure DARKNESS but instead, he wanted to play wooden sword fights with a SLUGGISH hero and island girl. His reaction brings DISCONTENT - in turn, a SHARP twist and curve of her lips as jaded irises ANALYZE every detail from the slight CRINGE of his past and downward gaze.

ϟ  ┇”Friend?” She clicks her tongue, the sound slightly DEAFENING - “I would love to hear who this friend is to give them my praises for speaking of me so HIGHLY.” With slender arms crossed, eyes narrow, almost CHALLENGING the other with his FUTILE attempt to prod at the nobody’s PATIENCE. “You really think someone as powerful as me is DEAD?” A laugh ERUPTS in the slightest THOUGHT of her ever vanishing from this world - especially since she hasn’t had a GLIMPSE of Kingdom Hearts. Eager to push her LUCK, she approaches the boy, “you know I never did have the chance to get my hands DIRTY with that damsel in distress you and that little twerp care so MUCH about. What was her name again?”
