What are the most relevant and important beliefs in ur mind right now or pop into ur mind more often

I think a relevant belief I have abt myself is that I should be myself/more confident in myself. It’s kind of why I started this blog.

Like I rly try not to worry about what people might think about me (my anxiety makes it kinda hard😓) BUT I’ve been getting better abt it… I hope!
