“—ALL YOU ♥NEED ↷IS *L O V E!“
I’m still a roleplaying blog I swear— a novel by me
I’m working on your reply I swear— a sequel by me
Both novels are unfinished drafts and a work in progress.
"...--"
She'll just sprinkle kisses all over his face.
It’s super effective—! She’s making him all jolly inside now! So to compensate the affections, he wrapped gentle arms around the girl and pokes her dewy forehead playfully before planting a small kiss on the particular spot. Cheeky smile lingering on his lips after parting away.

It had certainly thrown a wrench in Linda’s afternoon work plans to suddenly look down and find a kitten tumbling around at his feet and swatting at the laces of his boots. Reaching down and scooping it up, he asked it,
↑↓ — “What are you doing out here alone, little guy?" It was friendly, at least — a nice improvement over Masaomi’s fickle little brat — nuzzling against the back of his hand and arching compliantly into Linda’s fingers as he stroked the length of its spine, all the while trying to squirm and crawl up his chest to his shoulders, seeking higher ground. Smiling through a wince as tiny claws pricked at his scalp, Linda moved slowly, making sure the kitten had a secure perch on top of his head before he started walking around the park.
His attention was directed more at the the thing on his head than the things in front of him, so when he walked right into someone, the unbuffered impact was enough to knock the kitten off-balance and have it digging its claws into Linda’s head and hair, trying to keep from falling off. He mumbled a few expletives under his breath as he de-tangled the cat from his hair and returned to holding it in his hands.
Only then did he think to look up at the person he’d just bumped into, eyes wide with recognition. ↑↓ — “Shinra?!"
And the bump made him stumbled on his own feet -- sending him backward -- before he could quickly(and awkwardly) regained his balance. Perhaps letting his face to befriended with the pavement again isn't a far too bright idea particularly when he just, a minute ago, escaped from the ground. Troubling gaze refused to make a contact with the victim he'd crash into and Shinra immediately dropped his head, a word of apologies nearly roll out from his tongue when suddenly, his own name filled the empty air.
Lashes fluttered open and the doctor's creamy brown eyes hastily rose up from the floor to finally with fitted the usual copper hues. All doubts erased. Amber orbs dilated as his eyes widened in faint surprise, before jubilant smile immediately claimed his pale lips; expression of recognition apparent on his bespectacled features.
"Oh, Linda-kun--~!"
Is a bright exclamation, brown hues pleased at the sight of the younger. He energetically approached the boy, allowing his own fingertips to pry through the blond locks of sunshine. "It's been so long since I last saw you! How you've grown." The doctor chimed happily before the small feline snatched his attention and he couldn't help himself but to tilted his head at the eerie appearance.
*How on earth -- can this feline appeared to be so awfully familiar..?
"Eh? Is Linda-kun taking his kitten to breath some fresh air at this park too?" Yup, he said it.
w-hitecoated has entered Ikebukuro
Strong shoulders rested against a lamp post. The unlit cigarette hung from his mouth, begging to be lit. Shaded eyes watched the people that passed as he finally lifted a lighter to his mouth. Practiced fingers lit the flame in a single flick and as he pulled in the sting of smoke he caught sight of the white lab coat so familiar to him.
"Ah, Shinra." He said, rolling his shoulders against the post. He pushed away and stepped toward the self-proclaimed doctor. “What’re you doing out here?" His head turned from side to side in search of a helmeted woman. “Celty’s not with ya?"
Mocha optics fixated onto the rather familiar figure infront of the doctor. Such person were beginning to comfort him whenever one should cross paths, considering their shared childhood. "Shizuo-kun," he mused the bartender's name audibly, twiddling his fingers against the rough polyester of his pockets.
Not always did the two of them crashed into one another. It was either Shizuo visitting his apartment accompanied by the unnoticed gunshot wound or -- Shinra himself dropped by at Shizuo's, asking for an operation on his monstrous strength with an obvious rejection.
A genuine smile immediately claimed his lips upon the approached and Shinra nodded his head in a curt reply to the blond's inquiry. "It's all thanks to that Orihara-kun -- he got some shady job for her so she's out, apparently." the doctor mumbled and crossed his arms over his chest with a vague sigh. Tearing his gaze from the ground, he tilted his chin curiously at the taller male. "What about yourself? Enjoying your day off, eh?"
Her aim was a mere stroll in the park. Nothing more and nothing less. Ikebukuro exploration brought her new companions and returned some of the old. Perhaps today she would be lucky enough to find yet another familiar face among the strangers and crowds. With so many gathered on a summer, weekend day, she wondered how easy such a task would be in the long run. “At least the weather is nice today." Sunshine with a nice breeze — perfect picnic weather.
Her thoughts halted upon feeling a bump against her, nearly causing the girl to topple over. Using a nearby bench for balance, she gave a sheepish smile down at the person. “Ah, excuse me. I wasn’t watching—Papa?" Azure widened before she dropped down suddenly, seating herself before the doctor. Her reaction shouldn’t be a surprise considering the length of time since the two saw one another. “I-is your head okay?"
A breath, nearly whimpering at his own sensitivity and his hand immediately rose up from the ground with an intention of rubbing away the numb spot only to find a limb(not his) already settled comfortably on his own head. Eerie, but yet so familiar petite hand -- resting on his forehead, easing away the lasting pain and it worked every time.
While hazy gaze still clinging to the pavement, mind deliberating, his doubt was assuredly confirmed when a voice has called out. He recognized it. He recognized the 'Papa'. He recognized the of softness, sweetness, laced with pure concern and honey hues quickly shot up from the ground to finally encounter with a comforting countenance he'd longed to see.
Actions speak louder than words and out of sheer joy Shinra threw both of his clumsy arms around the girl's neck into a usual surprise embrace. He pulled her down with him, still dorkily smiling, and held her close.
"It's Akane-chan! It's really, really Akane-chan! I'm so glad to see you, I've missed you...--!"
↷. Ah, yes. His head is just fine.
╰♗╮ ⇢ One like Shinra should be lucky to have run into someone whom angels were naturally attracted to. Andrew had merely been wandering about the part when a small kitten had approached him and sat at his feet; mewling up at him. It took a bit of time to get the feline to actually let him touch her — but Andrew was soon able to scoop up the small creature. Petting her head and placing small kisses upon it to soothe the surely worried being, he then checked her collar to see the address. Ah, he wasn’t too good at reading Japanese but he’s sure that if he comes across the familiar characters he’ll be able to identify it’s location. (Plus it already looked a little familiar but he isn’t sure on where he’s seen it before.) Blinking honey-lit hues, the bruised and battered boy merely tapped at his bandaged nose some before continuing on his stroll. It was then that he spotted the familiar face of someone he was sure he’d never forget. At first he thought it was his imagination so he didn’t call out the name but merely wandered on over with feline in hands. Bending down a bit to greet the man who was both on hands and knees — Andrew was cut short when he suddenly rose and ended up knocking his head into the boy’s chin. Stumbling back (after almost biting his own tongue in half) the boy whined softly and looked over. "Uwah — Shinra! Are you okay —-?!" Let’s just hope with haircut and all, Andrew would in turn be recognized.
★;*-- And then a pairs of coffee hues pierced right back at the owner of the voice, blinking in mild stun as if he didn’t entirely recognize the boy under his recent haircut...but it wasn't that. That was not the factor to his surprise. Nor the awfully familiar looking feline inside the boy's arms. It is because this particular boy, standing before him, warmth and concern entwined together beneath the blood and bruised facade -- is Andrew. Andrew!
Oh, how Shinra wished he could be less clumsier with his own actions. After all he did just bumped into the poor angel, perhaps right on that porcelain chin, and the last thing he want to do is damaging the already damaged patient. Friend. Andrew.
Upon the realization, Shinra's mouth twists into a worried frown and their gazes connected in a way that no words were needed for what was need to explain the silence. An arched brow rose to meet the doctor’s fringe and he habitually reaches out, gently grasping Andrew's hands.
"Oh! No, no..I'm okay!-- but moreover, Andrew-kun...! I just ... you -- ah!"
He tried to pronounce the desired sentence but utterly failed. Instead, the apologies was cut short when Shinra couldn't suppress his overwhelming enthusiasm of their encounter(that quickly turns into a reunion!) as long arms instantly flung itself over the younger male's delicate frame and he pulled him into a big, warm embrace -- squishing the poor feline in between them. It takes a while until the doctor could ceased his laughter and finally, a soft mumbling descended into the scene.
"Uwauh -- it's so nice seeing you again, Andrew-kun!"

He’s on the ground. And perhaps, the least someone’s expected to see at a park, is a physician — on the ground. Seemingly enough however, he is actually crouching on his knees, hand cupping around his mouth as he desperately called out for the lost kitten.
“…Myu-chan--!”
Receiving no reply, Shinra's futile gaze began to search worriedly under a wooden bench in hopes to spot at least a tiny silhouetted…but still not here. If the event keeps up, any responsibility would have to be taken upon himself since the feline wasn't his own but his neighbour's. And taking someone else's cat to a public place probably isn't a far too good idea when their order is to keep the pet "safe" during their absence.
Sighing, Shinra was about to regain back his posture when his unfortunate head suddenly bumped into something — or precisely, someone.
... THUD!!
The rain always somehow tended to reminds Kida of his past, therefore he wanted out of it as soon as possible. The blond slightly looked up. He had been taking quite a while it seemed, the doctor that is -- and his headache was certainly doing him no favors either at the time.
When the door finally did open however, Kida smiled fondly at Shinra and as soon as he did, the rain seemed to have stopped. Being led in by a very frantic Shinra now, Kida clenched his fingers whilst wearing his labcoat graciously. 'Same old Shinra' he smiled shaking his head.
“Shinra, it’s just a bit of rain is all, I’ll get dry. Thank you though. How ya been Shinra? It’s been a while since you’ve been around last. What gives?” He was joking and shot the psysician a wry grin.
“Ya got any painkillers around by any chance?” He asked, holding his head.
"--Painkillers? For a headache?" A brisk inquiry echoed loudly from the dim hallway as the young physician occupied himself inside an adjacent room. "I hope it's nothing severe--but I got some alright!" And there he energetically peeked from the living room door frame, his voice was light and casual as he calmly waltz his way back to the leather cushioned sofa (where Masaomi rested) along with the requested medicine and dry towel.
Rolling his sleeve up, Shinra squatted himself down to the boy’s level and places the painkiller inside Masaomi's palm. With a brief wink he leaned over and gently dabbed the piece of cloth along the boy's face, taking cautious as he clear the droplets of rain that dripped down his cheeks.
"Ah, me? Never been better~ A tad quiet, career wise. Disregard of that though, I'm still happy and healthy." The doctor respond, the soft smile was still in place as he now ran the towel through the boy's damp locks of sunshine. "What about yourself? How have things been with you and Mikado lately? Y’know…things?” he teased.

He took the freedom to step aside from the bustling crowd and hoped his oddly cold hands would cool the pounding migraine with very ‘subtle’ agony contorted on his face.. If only he could muster the energy to hide the twisted pain, but there wasn’t a reason not to. A crowd in any major city had its way to become disturbingly apathetic… Plus the chances of any one remembering a face of mediocrity.. Okay, that’s a new low. I should just find a seat
He tried to squint through the city’s poorly lit streets for a bench, which seemed to be the only thing in his favor tonight.
If it is Ikebukuro, the city appears to be unaware that it is, unquestionably, in the possession of the thin figure before him. Crouched in a pool of yellow light with his back pressed to a wooden bench, a familiar teenage boy, anguish amidst the nightly resonance of the metropolis.
Stumbling a little, Shinra approaches to hover over him, blinking at the damage that smeared so carelessly over the boy’s porcelain forehead. As though in response, more silence greeted the doctor and he briefly noted on the half-lidded azure(s) languid. Perhaps his presence here is left unnoticed if no word is yet to be uttered.
“Hey...”
Finally whispered a faint voice.*
" ... Mikado-kun."
