Simple Prosperity Knot Magic
*I can't remember where some parts of this spell come from but it's a mesh of different sources and my own ideas.
This is probably one of my favorite simple spells to do for a few reasons: It's easy, you only need two things, and you get to say fun phrases.
Green string/yarn (money and prosperity)
Cinnamon sticks (success and drawing in money)
*Spells that you get from others don't have to be followed exactly. Listen to your intuition and adapt as you feel necessary. Feel free to switch up the ingredients, change the words and steps, or get rid of the words as a whole. Hell, this whole thing could be done with a random piece of string and some well placed intention.
Cut a piece of string to about the length of your forearm, going from your elbow to the tips of your fingers. This should give you plenty of room to work with. Cleanse the string however you normally cleanse objects.
Break up a cinnamon stick into nine small pieces. You probably wont use the whole thing. The pieces should be less than an inch long and thin, so they're easy to tie on.
The first time I did this, I followed a pattern and set of phrases I found online. This is an altered version but I'll post the original photo it's inspired by separately.
Focus your energy and get ready to channel your intention. I charged the cinnamon with success and drawing in money specifically, but if this isn't about money for you, you can focus on the drawing in and prosperity aspects of cinnamon.
Going from left to right, (to bring things in) we're going to start tying our knots. Make them small and don't space them out too much, you don't want to run out of room.
"By knot of one, I'm drawing in." Tie you're first piece of cinnamon at the end of the cord, charging the knot with your intention as you tighten it.
"By knot of two, success is imminent." Tie the second piece onto the string.
"By knot of three, my work pays off." And continue.
"By knot of four, this power grows."
"By knot of five, my will drives forward"
"By knot of six, prosperity increases."
"By knot of seven, my finances grow.
"By knot of eight, fortune expands."
"By knot of nine, what I require is mine."
