you know, I wish we could spend this anniversary together, but I know how important this mission is and how guilty you feel whenever we’re apart, particularly on special days like this one: our 11th year anniversary.
That number sounds just crazy… right?
So I hope this letter makes you feel better. Just like being with you made me feel the best every single day for the last 11 years.
And I hope you know how very proud of you I am for making not only my teeny tiny world, but this crazy ass planet we live on a better place.
I can’t freaking believe how lucky I am to call you mine for this many years now, how far we’ve come together, how much your love changed my life for the better and how happy you make me every single day.
Your love makes me feel strong and confident. I am so thankful for you, 'cause I love the joy you bring, I love the way you love.
I know you’re the one true love and I love the way you love me. You make me feel whole. And I'm so proud, you want me to be your lady and want to be my man.
Until you stepped into my life I didn’t even know how toxic and fake every other friendship or relationship was.
You helped me grow so much, become someone I was able to love again and regain my trust in humanity. You bring out the best in me.
You don’t know how much I love you and how unreal all of this feels sometimes.
Now I know how it feels to live a fantasy. I used to dream about love and sure that's how it was. But I don't have to dream no more, 'cause I, I got more than I can stand.
Sometimes it hurts how much you mean to me, because losing you would definitely ruin me.
That’s why I need you to take care of yourself and be careful out there. I need you to come back home to me in one piece.
I wasn't sure about doing a follower celebration as I'm quite sporadic with posting but I just surpassed 2K followers, I will be celebrating my birthday in May (the same day as Sam Winchester), and my blog will be turning 3 and I wanted to celebrate.

[casual reminder that bucky’s lack of self care started way before winter soldier—at the bar with steve he had no sense of coordination, he was not clean shaven, mildly unacceptable given the time period, his hair was unkempt, and his uniform was not on properly, which was a BIG no, wherever you went. he was most likely suffering from severe depression and the beginnings of PTSD, sparking his sudden lack in self-care and subtle negative undertones of himself (‘I’m invisible’; ‘a nightmare’), and while this can be attributed to the joke he made, depression first manifests itself in minuscule phrases in every day speech]
#ESPECIALLY compared to how tailored and clean-cut he looks at the beginning of the film #with his hat set just so #flirting and smiling and looking so prim next to Steve who’s a mess #and then you have that total devestating reversal at the bar #Even in the CATWS flashback Bucky looks so sharp; so we KNOW that he used to give a damn #seeing the before and after displayed in his clothes and grooming alone is a huge statement about his wellbeing #Sure he looks a bit more done-up in his blue coat but it’s not the same; he carries himself differently #his movements are more decisive and brutal #he definitely doesn’t look like he’s going to the future anymore - he carries himself like a man who doesn’t have one (via sonickitty).
