I don't know if this will be interesting to anyone, but I just wanted to put out there that it's almost canon that Logan finds Deadpool cute in Deadpool in Wolverine. In the official French version of the movie, when Wade arrives at the bar and start telling Logan that he needs him, Logan answers with "Ecoute, t'es mignonne mais je suis pas intéressé", which literally translates to "Look, you're cute but I'm not interested". So yeah, at least one version of Logan canonically finds Wade cute.
