When I first got into the fandom I was obsessed with remus, regulus and lily respectively (you bet I love the idea of them being a friendgroup) and honestly my favs haven't changed much since then

Besides them my current favorites also include james (marauders) and marlene (valkyries) now!! (can you tell I have a trend with favorites)

Tiny first year Sirius and James taking cussing lessons from Remus.

Sirius was raised in the kind of house where he only learned how to cuss someone out like a rather vulgar Victorian boy.

James' parents literally didn't cuss at all so he never picked it up.

Just imagine these two quite literally taking notes, like the little nerds they are. Glancing at Remus whenever they insult some idiot, to make sure they've done that right. And Remus just tries not to laugh every time, cause they sound so awkward doing that.

She would threaten the Minister of Magic to give Sirius Black a trial. She would know with her whole being that Sirius would never betray her son like that. She had already lost one son and would not stand to lose another.

Whenever one of their friends goes to judge a mean person by their weight first, they give each other a little look

"Do these jeans look fine-you know what, nevermind, I'm going to go ask Lily."

Sirius complaining about how the Hogwarts food is going to make him gain weight (he's got his own issues regarding food) and Lily angrily ranting about it to Peter later, how for some reason people's greatest fear seems to be looking like them.

Peter helping Lily understand how beautiful she is, hyping her up in her outfits, complimenting her, because she's gorgeous and deserves to be told how pretty she is (don't worry, Mary and Marlene hype her too ;) )

Them bonding over things like having a harder time shopping for clothes, getting chosen last in sports activities, or having to put forth a strong personality to make a good impression, since pretty privelege apparently won't carry them through

Peter struggling with his body image more than Lily because she's been surrounded by Mary and Marlene, where he has James, Sirius, and Remus. Not that they're mean, but Sirius and James tease him a bit and it's a vulnerable subject so he doesn't bring it up to Remus, as much as he knows Peter well. He feels a lot safer talking to Lily, knowing she understands. And she does.

It's not much, but it helps. Knowing someone else understands.

Rosekiller who argue with eachother in different languages. Barty is rambling in Italian, and Evan is doing the same but in French. They understand enough to catch every third word or so, resulting in the argument escalating. Meanwhile, Regulus can understand both of them and it takes everything in him not to kill the two idiots giving him a migraine
