Did you know I like bats! (surprising, I know)

Particularly the "long-eared" ones, but each one has their own cool thing :] Though really I just like vampires and bats are the closest living comparison I could find, even if in almost every sense of the word, bats and vampires are nothing alike, except for a few species that do actually feed extrictly on blood, which funnily enough is very rarely of human origin despite all things considered...

We've seen Knarlie angst where Charlie's jealous of Knox's pursuit of Chris, but hear me out on this idea: Charlie being weirdly insistent and supportive of Knox getting with Chris. Charlie wanting Knox so badly but thinking he can't have him (either through internalized homophobia or feeling undeserving) that he'd do anything to get the two together because

1) Knox would be happy and at least someone can love him

2) It's less tempting and, "easier," if Charlie can't have Knox because Knox is already taken. No chance he'll be liked back, no chance he'll be given a shot, peace of mind that there's no point in asking at all since he already has an answer (that being, "no")

Self sabotage because he's so in love that he's terrified.
