"Lotte ChocoPie" is the best!! 

I tried many different types which is similar to this...but nothing can beat it!

New Year is coming soon... I guess every mom is getting busy...

Here in Japan, moms prepare special new year's dish like photo. 

We eat these osechi for 3 days... yes 3 days... so mom don't have to cook for 3 days!

What do you eat in your country during New Year?

Goya champloo. 

I had this at the izakaya. 

It was really good! 

Goya is bitter vegetable so some people don't eat it...but I love it!!

This is okonomiyaki from my favorite restaurant in Fukuoka! 

I really like their okonomiyaki and mayonnaise!!

じゃがぽっくる（Jagapokkuru) 

Really popular potato chips?!  Yep! So YUMMY!! 

I got it from my friend who got this from Hokkaido. 

While ago, it was really difficult to find and buy this chips. 

 Try it if you can!!

One of my favorite food.

大根（Daikon:Radish)

Found big radish at the market.

We have many different kind of radish, but this is really big and fat. 

It had a sign it said " this vegetables is from Kyoto". So I guess this is used in Kyoto for special Japanese meal there.

塩サバ定食（Shiosaba Teishoku: grilled salted mackerel set meal)

Grilled salted mackerel is a good with rice!

とんかつ定食！（Tonkatsu Teishoku: fried pork/pork cutlet set meal)

Tonkatsu is popular dish here in Japan.

Fukuoka Tower. 

Fukuoka is nice city and located southern Japan.

Not too big and not too small. 

Living cost is cheaper than other big cities in Japan. 

Thinking about visiting Japan? then try Fukuoka as well!!

Salad time! 

じゃがいも（Potato)、レタス（Lettuce)、だいこん（Japanese radish)、みずな（Potherb Mustard/Japanese green)、とまと（Tomato)、それに（and)　オニオンドレッシング（onion dressing).

I like みずな（Mizuna/Portherb Mustard/Japanese green). I am not really sure about English name... there are always some problem to translate Japanese vegetables to English...

WAHAHA students had Kimono fitting at school. 

Everybody enjoyed cultural experience!!

We went to watch sumo game at Fukuoka kokusai center. 

There are 6 sumo tournament in a year. 3 times in Tokyo, one time each at Osaka, Nagoya, and Fukuoka. November, we can always watch sumo here in Fukuoka. 

Well, it was quite interesting to watch sumo!!

In winter, I can not stop myself from buying "hot coffee", "hot lemon" or "hot cocoa" from these nice machine called vending machine...
