Jasper is done~! :D This was tons of fun to work on, and was probably the most time consuming airbrushing job I’ve done thus far. Jasper is for swandog’s husband, Sayh.
They wanted a jackalope with a similar style to my first, but with a traditional hare shaped face for a more masqueline look. I used my own hare base for this one: https://www.etsy.com/listing/236792233/diy-realistic-jackrabbit-hare-rabbit?ref=shop_home_active_6
Antlers are from MagpieBones; rest is by me.
Your work is lovely, too bad they had you make a stolen character :^)

Fursuit head and character for sale! Check it out here! http://www.thedealersden.com/auction_details.php?auction_id=118934 Auction does have “Make an Offer” and a Buyout.
So I'm looking to take on an artistic liberty commission with one of these color schemes. Though at the moment these designs are all kitsune sharks, the buyer would be able to choose species, fursuit features and perhaps swap out a color or two. I am also willing to design matching suits for couples, or friends. I'd expect these suits to be around $2,500 for a toony fullsuit which includes leg padding, fabric pawpads and claws and go up from there depending if you want any other features. I do accept payment plans. I only need 30% down and $200 a month afterwards. Feel free to email me at [email protected] if interested.

1/6 dolls are in the shop! http://missmonster.myshopify.com/
This is Yig, Fig and Zig the monsters! They are explorers/junkers. They travel with their old war buddies looking for scrap and useful items to recycle. They have a lot of stories and jokes to tell.
This is a customized 1/6 scale ( 12" tall) fully articulated figure. The head, hands and feet are my own sculpt, cast in urethane, painted and sealed with clear coat. The figure’s body is a toy blank that the parts have been attached to. Parts can be removed and re-attached via the ball joint pegs- please keep this in mind when traveling with the figure- keep an eye that a foot or hand does not pop off and get lost! These figures are so much fun to make and are fantastic for photography- they pose so well and look realistic. I hope the new owner has a good time with them!
The clothing and gear is collected from existing or slightly modified doll clothing, other toys parts and found objects.
A HUGE thank you to Larry for the fantastic pictures!
This is a figure meant for adults- please treat it carefully, it is a piece of artwork.
Ughhh look at this adorable little shit
Plus3defense.com furaffinity.net/user/wahaneta So here is the worgen fullsuit I recently finished up. This guy features a custom sculpted head, with LED eyes, over 30 individual teeth with silicone gums, tongue and nose. He has padded pecs, abs, arms, back, and legs. Claws on the hands and feet+ dew claws and padded fingers. His neck attaches to the bodysuit via magnets and the bodysuit did need some adjustments after these photos(extending the legs and arms). Also included is a loincloth made of leather hand-stamping, carving and double buckles.See more pictures here! http://www.plus3defense.com/apps/photos/album?albumid=15860110

Hey how's ya doing? How expensive is a fully fursuit in general? I want one (a dragon one) :3 what do you think about a Dragon suit?
Fursuits can range in price from $600 all the way up to $3000. Take a look at the list of makers on the front page of the blog, many of whom would be more than happy to provide you a quote on a dragon.
I'd say more like $1,000-$5,000 If you're paying under $1,000 for a fullsuit you're going to regret it 99.9999% of the time. Intermediate makers are averaging $1,200- $1,500 for a fullsuit while professionals are almost always over $2,500. Quite a few makers are starting to ask for decent payment for their work though so prices have been rising!
What is with men giving unwanted advice when they think they are better than you?
I blocked him on instagram so he just sent me this lovely email.
Yeah hey. Don’t do this. Don’t butt into a conversation with advice. And when they tell you it’s covered and they have it under control, don’t keep at it.
And then don’t follow up with a lecture telling them the proper way for them to react to this. Don’t pull the ” i was gonna buy but not now because you didnt put up with me” You want to be a customer? Be a customer. Don’t try to cross into the role of savior or advice giver if you can’t handle someone not taking your advice.
Artists hear “you should….” from strangers almost every day.
Strangers who have no insight into their work methods, what they have and havent tried, etc. We get that people are trying to help but unsolicited advice gets really old, really fast. It starts to make you feel like everyone around you thinks you are incompetent or needs saving. We managed to build a whole business, teach ourselves through trial and error, did research, learned all the skills that come with selling your work and are doing exactly what we want for a living…but somehow we still hear “you should…”
It’s not that we aren’t open to improving or open to new methods- but we have peers we go to for that, we have people that we have that sort of relationship with… it’s like going to get your oil changed and then hanging over the person’s shoulder to tell them how to do it. They got along just fine before you showed up and if they need help , they have people they work with who they’d ask.
Every time i have said “thanks but no thanks” to this sort of advice , it almost always gets met with venom and anger and a need to punish and shame me. So that tells me that advice had much more than simple “advice” behind it. It came from a feeling of superiority and when a lowly person like me did not accept it- well,
how dare you.
It has happened so many times that these days i just try to ignore it to save me from hearing the inevitable abusive response .
So look, if an artist says “thanks but no thanks” just back off. They have heard it from every family member, every person who hears they make art for a living , ..it’s death by a thousand, obtuse, trying to be helpful but sort of insulting cuts.
And if you say “you are being too sensitive” well, fuck you we are artists. What do you expect?

Don't let your friends be furries.
