I don’t know if it’s a bug or what but if you bring Kibellah with you to Janus and you have that conversation with Heinrix after fighting the Slaaneshi cultists in Vistenza Vyatt’s palace, she’s the only companion that doesn’t seem to leave immediately whenever Heinrix makes it clear he wants to speak to the RT alone. I mean, it’s certainly in keeping with her trying to be the RT’s shadow but it’s a really funny bug if that’s the case.

I’m imagining a very tense and somewhat awkward standoff that happens before Heinrix realizes that Kibellah isn’t going to be sent away and he just gives up and voices his concerns over the RT’s choices anyway.
