For being a part of a family business that worked in real estate, you would think Kaleb would be able to get some good apartment listings for him and Walker. Of course some were okay, others were better but for the most part it had to be one that him and Walker could agree on. One that felt right in calling their new home. Making this decision as a couple was huge and it had to be perfect for them. It also had to be pet friendly for them as well with their two dogs. Coming into this new apartment with one of the realtors from the company, she gave the run down and let Walker and him look around. Tour it themselves. When Kaleb thought all hope was lost for them to get the new place, this apartment stood out. He could envision their dogs playing, the television mounted on the wall with a storage and shelves of their comics and action figures everywhere. Hell, Kaleb could even see a rambunctious toddler running around to catch the dogs’ tails, giggling. The vision faded away as he exhaled slowly and looked over to Walker.
“What do you think babe? The kitchen is great, I think maybe upgrading the fridge and getting a dishwasher would be good. But I like it.” Kaleb added his comments about the place. @walkerstraid
Walker was picky, more so, he was a neat freak. It took longer than expected to find an apartment that they both could agree on. The one they were looking out now seemed perfect as he imagined the set up all in his head. “Hm,” Walker turned his attention over to Kaleb. “I think this one is it.. I like it as well.” He spoke softly, wrapping arms around the boys’ neck as he pulled him close. “It has a shower and bathtub-- we can take baths together and give the dog baths as well. The kitchen isn’t too big but it’s just right. There are spare bedrooms, extra space for our collectibles.”
