Now and forever, you will always be, so much more than a lover you are my favourite story.
Nikita Gill (via meanwhilepoetry)
The brain is an organ. Mental illnesses are illnesses of that organ. Brain scans show that there is a physical difference between a healthy brain and a sick brain. Telling someone “You’re not really sick. It’s all in your head.” is like telling someone with asthma “It’s not real, it’s all in your lungs.” The brain is an organ that can malfunction as much as any other organ.

"You used to be nicer."
Ummm more like I used to let you walk all over me and now that I know better you’re mad that I won’t take your bullshit anymore.
The oddest things hurt me. They get stuck in my head and replay over and over.

Forget me not
My favorite thing about Forget-Me-Nots is that they change color depending on the acidity of the soil so you can get pink or purple ones growing right next to the blue ones.
Pretty!
These are my favourite flowers.
Forget-me-nots also change colour after they become pollinated. It’s a sign to the insects to keep moving, and not to waste time there.
So a blue forget-me-not, once it’s been pollinated, may change to a pale pink to a white colour; which is another reason for such stark colour variations in small areas.
I tried growing these once. They’re so fragile.
People without anxiety just have no idea what it’s like to feel so much worry for something they “think” is so small and “not a big deal”
