30. When it comes to the arts (music, film, theater, etc), what does your character like?

Blade still holds a soft spot for old fashioned folk music like the kind he experienced in his youth in Alabathia’s Spine, heavy on vocals and percussion.  

Aside from that, he has gradually learned to appreciate the varied forms of entertainment in Eorzea. He enjoys dancing troupes for thier skill and display. He has rekindled a liking of going to music halls to listen to singers after a long spell. (A mixed outcome, since not one but now two singers have dented his heart)

0.8: What is, perhaps, their biggest flaw? Are they aware of this or oblivious to it?

- Hellsguard in the Spine are taught discipline and mental fortitude. Control is essential for warriors to tap into their power. As such he keeps himself guarded even when it seems he is not. However he is not made of stone and has felt keen loss in the past, which only serves to make him build more walls. 

He has not done so yet, but if he were to think hard about it he would realize that he often keeps his trusted friends and loved ones at arms length; either to protect them from himself or to protect himself from loss. Pain, anger, loneliness, even love is buried behind these barriers nigh instinctively. Time will tell if he can break the self-made shell.

11. What is something that would make your character fly into a rage?

-Blade has learned to control his anger out of necessity; in order to best harness his Inner Beast.

 But out of a handful of things that would quickly enrage him, among the highest would be senseless or spiteful violence against the innocent or helpless. As a Hellsguard an a warrior this is a grave offense. Fighters are meant to combat one another - to fight in the stead of others. He has been quick to maim or slay offenders in his reach.

Alongside this is harm to his loved ones, followed by breaking of solemn oath.

19. Would your character be the kind to get into fights? (physical or verbal) Would they be a good fighter or cave in rather easily?

“Eagerness to fight is not courage.”

-Henge fully believes that to be a good warrior is to get stronger with every fight. Sparring is a welcome challenge when he meets opponents that look strong. But he is not one to pick fights for fightings sake, and will do his best to avoid an unneeded conflict. 

-He is 500 ponze of muscle and bone trained for fighting, usually against greater odds. Be it a barroom brawl or a high stakes confrontation he seeks to end it swiftly and decisively.

12. Is there some particular talent, skill, or attribute that they simply could not give up?

-Blade Henge is an eponymous warrior; and has lived by axe and fist all his life.  The slab of metal is an extension of his arm and his ability reflects that through his years of experience. The philosophy of his path leaves him reserved to the idea that he will hold his axe high until his last breath.

Is there a particular event that would emotionally devastate your character? 45. Is your character the kind to hide their true emotions or do they wear their heart on their sleeve?

46. What is some random affectionate thing that your character always does to their lover? 47. Is your character outgoing? Would they be the leader of the friend group, or the quiet one that gets dragged along? 48. Is there anything in particular that would ignite your character’s jealousy? Or does your character not get envious? 49. What is something that your character has nightmares about? Are these frequent? Do they heavily affect your character’s mood? 50.
