been saying this for years but I hate how ubiquitous "low fat" "no fat" "low calories" etc shit is in stores. I do not want your no fat 0 calorie yogurt, what a waste of money! give me full fat yogurt! extra fat! 1000 calories yogurt so I can meet my daily needs. stop taking the nutrients and shit out of food, that's literally half the point of food. why do so many food companies hate food.
Like, if I want yogurt, I need the fat. As a diabetic, fat free yogurt spikes my blood sugar. Fat is good and healthy and something our bodies need.
