i'm so tempted to look for another penpal but i always feel so bad because i have such limited stationery i can gift, which is NOT the point but i love to give gifts.

There’s a lot of things you can do with little supplies! Making your own stickers with pictures you printed or painted/drew yourself is not only a way to make it cheaper but also to make it more personal and fun! Washi tape and stickers are fun to get and give, but making little crafts with paper, calligraphing a poem or drawing a picture is more economical if you’re tight spot and not anylesw valuable.

You know what? I want a penpal/snailmail group where we all pretend to be nobles from some fitional fantasy world exchanging gossip.

I would be so down for this… would also be an excellent way to study the history of places and people I have less drive to study
