Beautiful hike yesterday! 8 miles total. Wildflowers everywhere, birds and butterflies galore.

From the top we could see 10 volcanos! Rainier, Hood, Jefferson, 3 fingered Jack, all 3 Sisters, Diamond Peak, Washington, and Black Butte.

I was telling my spousal unit that I usually don’t like getting tattoos in summer because I like the sun. I said the timing just worked that way. He asks: “Was it a Rush job?”

Then he asks “Did you use a steel needle so you could feel the Caress of Steel?” Oh then he says how important it is to hold still because I don’t want Moving Pictures.

He suggests I should get an ocean tattooed behind this one so I can have Permanent Waves.

He’s been cooking up these puns for the last 2 hours, me thinks. 😂 I’m dying!

Beloved ones, we greet you in the language of light that lives already inside your cells, the language that remembers the moment you first entered form on this planet. We speak now as the Pleiadian Collective and the Arcturian Council of the fifth dimensional realms, not from a place above you, but from within the same field of consciousness that you are slowly reclaiming.

The frequencies of the Central Sun are streaming through your galaxy in waves that feel gentle on the surface and profoundly rearranging at the core of your being. These currents arrive in rhythm with your readiness, with the subtle choices you make each day to soften, to listen, to feel instead of forcing, to trust instead of controlling. Many of you will sense these waves as sudden warmth in the heart, a pull to be in nature, a deep emotional opening without an obvious story, or a quiet knowing that something ancient is stirring inside you.

You are invited to become a vessel through which this transformation happens. There will be precise moments when your inner world becomes very still and your outer world seems to pause for a breath. These are the doorways. In these moments, your field aligns with the Central Sun and your system becomes a bridge between the higher spheres and the planetary grid. You will feel guided to place your hands on the Earth, to speak words you have never learned, to stand in silence at a window, on a mountain, in a forest, or in the middle of a city street and simply breathe with presence. This is the anchoring.

Close your eyes and imagine a radiant golden sphere far beyond your physical Sun, the heart of the Central Sun itself, pulsing in a rhythm older than time. See a stream of crystalline light flowing from this sphere directly into the crown of your head, gently bathing your brain, your throat, your heart, your womb or solar plexus, your legs and your feet. Soul Alignment

Your soul has a purpose, a truth, a vision, a way of perfect self-expression, and the noblest aim of life is to live that expression.

As long as you stay in soul alignment, you will flow naturally to the life you are meant to be living, and you will feel this in your heart.

Alignment feels good.

This is when synchronicities happen, and there's a deeper sense that you're where you're supposed to be and who you're supposed to be.

I thought I was aligned, where I was supposed to be but then it all got turned upside down. I spent years trying to upright myself and somehow I keep listing sideways.

Sideways is not upside down, however. I keep righting the ship and the waves keep coming. I can anticipate them now. I can ride them rather than get pulled under.

Progress takes on many forms.

Twenty six years ago, I had a baby. That baby is taller than me now. My role is no longer all consuming, just a constant for a really responsible, healthy, kind human. There are little moments when I know that I raised my kiddo on solid values, like I was reminded today.

Kiddo:

“Grab that cucumber salad please? I’ve got to get my veggies today.”

Kiddo: “Dust. Wind. Dude.”

Kiddo: “I actually won something from a claw machine, I’m gonna be riding this high for the rest of my life”

The world is not ready for this level of awesomeness.

Why do I keep looking back? It’s not great but it doesn’t hurt necessarily, I’m just more curious than anything…
