We really wish there was an easy way to do this, but there really isn't -- so we can only really say that we've decided to close Watch the Throne. It's been nearly two years with all of y'all and we've watched everyone (ourselves included) grow and take on new chapters. And we've come to a point of realizing that we're all busy and real life always comes first. The last thing we wanted was for the roleplay to die a slow death. We love this place too much for that to happen.

We love you all. We want to thank everyone who decided to join our little brainchild, be it for almost two years or a few mere months. Everyone here is more than just players to us, but also family. So, thank you for making this place always somewhere safe and happy we could turn to.

We're so glad that you are! This week is my last week of school for the semester, and I'll be busy with work and finals. But after that, there's a full month of break so during that time. :)

In the midst of this revamp, Rhaenys Targaryen's faceclaim will be changed from Chloe Moretz to Tamsin Egerton to reflect the new age of the character.

As the beloved Torrhen Greyjoy has been advised to be put his health as his utmost importance, the King has pondered quite extensively on who will be the replacement for Hand of the King. Well, this is my final week of school and then I have Thanksgiving break! So, I'll try to get all the bios and such done by Dec. 2. If I happen to get too wrapped up in being back home, school's done for me on Dec. 8, so within the next few weeks! :)

Not rude at all! Cate is supposed to have a young innocent face, that doesn't really match her age. She's supposed to look sweet and unsuspecting, even if her new personality traits state otherwise.

Lorynn was very spoiled when she lived in Highgarden. All of her commands are granted, and she doesn’t care how she has to make it happen. She will do whatever it takes to get what she desires, being it trickery, bribery, tantrums, etc. She’s very outspoken, not caring who thinks what of her because she thinks that she is untouchable as the beloved baby of the Tyrell family and the wife of Lord Greyjoy. She speaks her mind always and does not care who gets hurt in the process, because the only thing that matters to her is her own interests. One day that may get the best of her, but it isn’t now and that is all she cares about.

Lorryn has always been Jorah Tyrell's little girl and that's never going to change. She adores her mother Lamia as well, but always felt closer to her father.

What initially was major sibling rivalry with her sister Tisiphone has now turned into a amiable relationship.

Lorryn has found a solid companionship in Elia Targaryen, something that she's grateful for. Together, they are unstoppable, after all.

Fortunately, Lord Torrhen Greyjoy is conscious and alive. However, the lord has sustained such injuries from the tourney that will keep him in a bed until further notice.

The King must now search for another Hand to fulfill duties while Lord Greyjoy is down. Everyone in the realm prays for his speedy recovery and much success to the King for finding a replacement who could match the last.

Catelynn Stark | 17 | Princess of Winterfell | Straight

“Winter is coming and I will be brave.”

Catelynn is the baby of the Stark clan, and she wishes that her family could return to Winterfell. King's Landing began to bore after their first year there. Regardless, she strives to make sure that she is a perfect citizen of Westeros. She never skips her lessons with her septa and always offers a helping hand to anyone who needs it. However, after the death of her older brother Gael, the blonde's grief has made her realize what a dull life she lived. Catelynn does not have a problem against abiding by the rules, but her imagination and blooming rebellion are beginning to push her in a possibly more mischievous direction.

Catelynn is a kind, gentle soul. But this does not mean that she does not have skin tough enough for the winter. People often underestimate her, which can be used to her advantage if need be. She is a adoring family member and a lover of animals, particularly her direwolf Beauty. Lately, as she's gotten older, Catelynn has grown more curious of what there is outside of her sheltered world. And she's prepared to sneak and break a few rules to full experience life. In many ways, she's beginning to model herself after Gael, who always preferred taking the fun route in life.

Aleksander and Audrey have always been wonderful parents to Catelynn and for that, she loves them very much.

Catelynn adores her eldest sibling Ryon, though his over-protectiveness can be a nuisance. She still grieves for Gael and regrets not being closer to him.

Catelynn has held Ayana up on a pedestal since she was a little girl. And Catelynn has always been envious of how brave Akira was.

She used to be very close to Rhaenys Targaryen and Geoffrey Baratheon, however that changed when Geoffrey died years ago. Now, the remaining two barely talk.

Veraleigh is not a stranger to death and loss. In these past years, it had become a part of her. After all, when one daughter was slaughtered and two children were missing, it was difficult to move on. Winter is coming were the words that Veraleigh grew up on. Born and raised in Winterfell, Veraleigh was a Stark before she became a Lannister. And when she was a young girl, she lost her little sister Akira to a freak accident that devastated her entire family. At age 15 (when her older brother Aleksander took over Winterfell), Vera was brought to Casterly Rock and presented to Callum Lannister as his future bride. She fought, and quite hard, because she did not want to marry a Lannister. She hated everything that they stood for. However, she was married to him all the same and was forced to Casterly Rock. With time, the Lannister lifestyle grew on her and she lost the Winterfell that was left inside her. With the death of her husband, Veraleigh rules as Lady Regent of Casterly Rock, while her eldest Jonothor handles business in King's Landing. To be honest, while mourning for her husband, Vera feels just the tiniest bit relieved. Maybe now she can really remember what it’s like to live like a Stark…even with the riches of a Lannister.

Vera is strong, perhaps the strongest woman in all of Casterly Rock. She has dealt with so much but never lets it break her. She knows how to get her way, and knows how to manipulate her words to get exactly what she wants. In reality, she is only slightly compliant because of her children. She will do whatever it takes to protect them and feels an unfathomable guilt because she didn't.

Aleksander and Brandon are her older brothers and Veraleigh loves them both. However, they both hovered over her greatly after their sister's death, which was annoying to her.

Veraleigh wasn't sure if she ever loved Callum Lannister. Actually, she feels a lot more free now that he is dead.

Veraleigh clings to her oldest Jonothor and her only other child Darius with all of her life. After the death of Seraphine and the disappearance of Faerydae and Braedon, she refuses to lose anymore children.

Veraleigh has been a bit of a recluse after all that has happened to her but she always tries to make times for her old friends Audrey Stark and Lamia Tyrell.

Lamia Frey was a girl who enjoyed the simpler pleasures in life. Growing up in the Twins made her aware of balance. There could never be one without the other. Her father, while absent, was still the man she looked up to most in her life. Being the only daughter of House Frey, Lamia was very much doted on and treated like a little princess, though it never went to her head. She was unbelievably kind, and spent most of her time playing with the other little girl handmaidens. As she grew older, Lamia dreamed of finding a Prince Charming—a man to fall in love with who would sweep her off her feet. Luck would have it that she found Jorah Tyrell when she was fifteen. After a year of his unyielding courting, Lamia’s father finally agreed to give his only daughter to the Lord of Highgarden. Lamia had finally found her Prince, and as time would tell, he was her King—and she his Queen.

Though she was the only daughter of House Frey, Lamia never did become a spoiled brat. She learned to be gentle and kind from spending time with the other little girls under her father’s Lordship. She’s a dreamer, that much is obvious by the way she wants to make everything right when things go wrong. She always things to work out and work smoothly, and that is part of the reason why she and Jorah work so well. They both rule over Highgarden with the want of what is best for their people, and that is what makes them so loveable.

Jorah Tyrell is the love of her life and she could not imagine being with anyone else.

Lamia has always been unbelievably proud of both her daughters, Tisiphone and Lorryn. She loves them dearly.

Lamia has always been a family-centered person, but she does try to make time for her dear friends Audrey Stark and Veraleigh Lannister.

Addy Gosselyn has been in the service of the Lannister family for as long as she can remember. She was given to the family as a servant to pay off her father’s debt to Callum, and that is the only life she has ever known. She never knew her mother or father, but was rather raised by the household of the Lannisters since she was four years old. When she was nine, Addy was given to the youngest Lannister girl as a personal handmaiden. Though she was not the only one, it was clear that Seraphine grew fond of her, and Addy quickly became the favorite out of all her handmaidens. While everyone else seems to complain about the Lannisters, Addy cannot see why. They have always been nothing but kind to her. Now that, Seraphine is dead; Addy now works under Lord Lannister. Her work ethic has gotten a bit slower lately and it's no doubt that her grief has something to do with the fact.

Addy is a bubbly, sparkling person—she’s always smiling. She has never really had a reason not to be happy, even as a ‘servant’ to the Lannister family. She’s bright and happy, and enjoys doing things for the house. She does not see it as a duty or a chore. Since she was a little girl, Addy has discovered her love for sewing, and is always seen trying to make something when she isn’t doing chores. She is fiercely loyal, and if anyone were to badmouth her employers, Addy would sooner get in their face to defend the Lannister honor than stay silent. She spends a lot of her spare time either in the kitchens (due to her love of cooking) or with the royal seamstress. Addy is definitely a lover, not a fighter.

Seraphine was always someone that Addy admired and her death crushed her.

Adhara treats the remaining Lannisters with a respectful mixture of fear and admiration.

Lei Harcourt | 21 | Lady of the Court | Straight

The Harcourts are not one of the great Houses but they are of nobility. That being said, Lei Harcourt has never lived anything less than an averagely privileged life. She grew up with her parents and her brother Reese in the Westerlands until Reese was taken by the Kingdom when she was 5. However, over the years, she still remained in close contact with her older brother. Now that she is considered of age, Lei has convinced her parents to allow her to join him in the royal city. Her mother suggests that she possibly finds a job but Lei doesn’t see the point. Why waste her time when she had money? Plus, there was so many better things to be doing than working. During her arrival, Daeron Targaryen took an interest in the blonde firecracker and enlisted her to become a spy for him. In return for Lei finding out detrimental information against the King, Queen, and any of his other enemies, the prince gives her money and other things she so desires.

Very much like her brother, Lei can come off as very blunt and sharp-tongued. She has strong opinions about things and she will not back down from them, regardless of people’s views on her. However, she’s considered sassy more than mean-spirited. Lei is a people person. She thrives off of social events and people enjoy her fiery personality. To those that know her best, Lei has a softer, sweeter side. She’s fiercely loyal and even though she may not be able to fight with her hands, she can cut anyone down with her words if she tried.

Though Lei doesn't get to see enough of him, Reese Harcourt is her brother and the end of the day and she loves him dearly. Despite him being older, she's not against protecting him if need be.

Since Reese treats them as family, Lei has learned to grow fond of Ava de Beauchamp, Callista Baelish, and Darkford Ironsmith and enjoys their company.

Lei views Daeron Targaryen with intrigue and respect. There is possibly a part of her who has deep feelings for him, which makes her a loyal spy to him.

Though House Ashford is not a great house, it is one of nobility. Located in the Reach, the Tyrells lord over houses such as Ashford. Kai grew up in a very comfortable life there, surrounded by the beauty of the city. Her father is a knight for Lord Jorah Tyrell and her mother stays at home to take care of Kai’s new baby brother Gendry. And Kai spent more of her childhood, playing among the gardens and being bred into a perfect lady. As the only girl, Kai is watched over closely by her parents, which annoys her a great deal. Until her brother becomes of age, she is to be the head of House Ashford. Unless something was to happen to her brother, which she does not hope for because that amount of responsibility terrifies her. So, it was a blessing in disguise when the royal family approved Kai’s stay in King’s Landing. Her mother wishes for her to gain court experience and make unions whilst there. Kai is very excited to be in the royal city and she does not plan on leaving anytime soon.

Kai is very fun to be around due to her mischievous nature. She loves a good, scandalized party as much as the next and has no qualms about searching out for fun. Very curious, she thrives on an adventure. Ladies enjoy her because she knows how to be feminine but men love her because Kai has the ability to let loose and be ‘one of the guys’. Rather sweet and charming, she makes friends easily, despite their social status. Kai is as loyal as they come. In fact, her bad side of her personality only comes out when she’s protecting the people she cares about.

Tisiphone Tyrell is an old friend of Kai's, the origins starting from when they were children. She's looking forward to reconnecting with her.

Kai is in talks of marrying Jasyn Kenning, which displeases her. She's never been a fan of commitment.

Kai's always liked a challenge. And nothing seems more challenging than the brooding Darius Lannister. She just wants to get the sulker to smile, at least once.

Like many women in the pleasure house, Shae never knew her parents. Her mother abandoned her on the streets when she was four and she never knew who her father was. But Shae never let that be her identity. Instead, she taught herself how to survive as an orphan. And she had done a decent job. Stealing scraps from the garbage, making her own clothes, finding abandoned places to sleep… Shae’s done it all. When she turned 14, she realized that quite a deal of money came with being apart of the pleasure house. She joined the other women there, not having much of another choice, and Shae’s been working there since.

Her life has toughened Shae up drastically. And due to her occupation, her self worth has been basically whittled down to nothing. Shae detests most highborns and their arrogant ways, particularly the Targaryens and Lannisters.

Even though he's still considered of nobility, Tristan De Ponce has always protected her from cruel words. He would be the closest thing she had to a friend.
