However, you must not change your regular skin care routine but you have to be more tactical. For children, they should be away from wet condition as it leads to many skin anomalies like rashes, ringworm, irritation etc. Here, we will discuss 13 must be following skin care tips during monsoon.
1. Drink a lot of water to evacuating toxins which may cause acne and pimples. Increased humidity of this season may make skin pale and dull. Regular drinking of water regenerate skin and keep skin hydrated and look young. Hence, daily 8-10 glasses of water is mandatory.
2. Keep skin moist as much as you can which help you to stay away from skin itchiness and eczema such as eczema on eyelids. But try to avoid soap as it dries out skin.
3. Don’t use commercial semisynthetic beauty care product which may create skin irritation. Rather use natural ingredients to keep skin healthy.
4. Though it is not summer season, but you have to be cautious and use sunscreen lotion to shield skin from UV light of sun. Sunscreen containing SPF of at least 30 will be better for taking care of your skin.
5. Try to avoid facial and bleaching of the skin in this season to escape from skin roughness.
6. Wash your face two to three times a day to flush out oil and dirt. Use a good toner to remove clogged pore of skin and to allow skin to breathe. Toner will also ensure pH balance and glowing skin. Try to use alcohol-free toner to prevent dryness.
7. Don’t use heavy makeup, instead use light makeup.
8. Save your lips from cracking by using milk cream and dark color lipsticks.
