I must admit, tiktok is such a great platform for not only discovering new music but more especially rediscovering old gems. I live for stumbling upon forgotten tracks, revisiting the past & reigniting my passion for the music. Obvs I can't possibly remember every single incredible song/artist I've ever heard so when I casually do, it's like striking gold! Ngl I'm not the biggest fan of the tiktok version of uber everywhere but I must say, it unlocked a motherload of memories from when I was 15 & I'd listen to the original rendition just about every single day when it was still crisp — ugh, good times. I've always had my reservations about mainstream music but as popular as it was, uber everywhere was unparalleled & in a league of its own. If it wasn't for tiktok I probably would have forgotten about this song altogether.
