What’s the age difference supposed to be between everyone? 5 years between Wynonna and Waverly, right? Nicole’s supposed to be same age as Wynonna? Jeremy’s supposed to be what 30’s?
Keep in mind – all of these answers are based on the timeline of the universe in the canon of the show, not the current date of real life:
- At the opening of the show – September 12th, 2015 – Wynonna turned 27. (She was born in 1988.)
- Waverly had just turned 21 four days prior to the day Wynonna arrived in town, on September 8th, 2015. (She was born in 1994.)
- Nicole was 25 when the show opened. Her birthday is January 5th, which means she turned 26 behind Wynonna (on Jan 5th, 2016) during what would have been probably the second episode of Season 2. (She was born in 1990.)
- Season 2 covered roughly until the last week of May/first week of June 2016, when Alice was born.
- Season 3 comes back nineteen weeks later, which makes it the middle of October. We’ve skipped over Wynonna and Waverly’s 2016 birthdays, which makes them 28 and 22 now.
- Wynonna says she hasn’t seen Doc “in a week” during the episode (3x07) that follows the Christmas ep (3x06), meaning it should be right around New Year’s.
- Nicole’s 27th birthday would occur the following week (Jan 5th, 2017), which would take place during the events of 3x08.
So, the short answer to your question is: During the canon timeline of the show, Wynonna is currently 28, Nicole currently just turned 27, and Waverly is currently 22.
As for Jeremy… It is never said how old he is, though I would venture to guess he’s closer to Waverly and Robin’s age than he is to Wynonna and Nicole.
We know that he was in a car wreck with his mother when he was 11, and that “Dolls is the only one who knows what happened to his mom.” That tells me that Dolls was older then Jeremy when it happened if he was already in on the BBD secrets by then. I would say he was probably supposed to be around 30 or so, making him older than all of the others (with the exception of Doc, who is 166 as of the events in 3x01).
