Dear Caged Birds

Dear Caged Birds, I feel like I am going to getting parenting all wrong, this is my first child. From Tj Hi Tj thank you for your email, this is a completely normal feeling for most first time mums. Please do not stress, your body will automatically be preparing you for the physical elements of motherhood. You will be absolutely fine once you see your beautiful little baby; all motherly instincts will kick in. Good luck, you will be great!
