What color is your #yolk? The produce in #Thailand and I imagine elsewhere is totally different (and id say more natural) then the foods we see in #America. The cities are adorned with small and large #temples throughout. This was in front of my hotel, but literally....and beautifully...there are small #shrines on almost every other corner. They are all well maintained, vibrant and complete with fresh flowers. 95% of the population practice #Buddhism #Thailand is also said to be one of the nicest nations in the world. Not lie...everything g on this list, I and a few other of my curious comrades saw alllllll of this live, on stage, in #Bangkok. Every #tuktuk driver in the city knows where's the ping pong show...for 500 baht...we got a show...and two drinks...def some underground, sad, kinda stuff.... #VinThailand #day3 #Bangkok #pingpongshow (at Amara Bangkok)

I honestly didn't eat anything I didn't recognize. Yet, you could find any and everything at local markets, from frog, to live birds, spices, fresh coconut milk and so on.... I mostly ate rice and seafood for the duration of the trip. @paging.dr.morg They are resourceful when it comes to goods. For instance they do not regularly carry vegetable oil because it's expensive and there are many alternatives. #VinThailand (at ตลาดเกษตร.)

My first meal traveling to #Thailand was #Starbucks! It was a sure culture shock entering the airport on my layover, hungry tired and for sure confused/skeptical of the food selections. I certainly packed Ensures and granola to hold me over. 😏 I then found solace in a ham and cheese sandwich and chai tea from Starbucks. Once I made it to Bangkok, the food was amazing, but I certainly had to be familiar...and adventurous. I was more afraid of getting sick then excited to try new food...
