a gentle reminder
this is my favourite addition to this post by far everyone go home. this freak won the post
I think people would be less suicidal if they were allowed to talk about being suicidal without risk of being sent to the Torture Dungeon
I have personal level of beef with those rats
the thing about being "good with kids" is all it takes is literally just not trying to control and mould them with every interaction. it's just being a normal person and engaging with them through normal interactions like having conversations and playing games. it's just being genuine and friendly and not perceiving them as lumps of wet clay you are there to shape. "oh you're so good with kids" thanks it's because I think they are people
remembering is the mind killer
a lot of hypnos on my feed lately which is nice because I love him
hey there, sunshine ☀️
In the first Hades game by Supergiant, we play as Zagreus (male) and we are able to dash to avoid enemies attack.
In its sequel, Hades II, we play as Melinoe (female), Zagreus' sister, and we are now able to not only dash, but sprint by holding down the dash button, which allows us to gain new moves associated with sprinting.
In the first Hollow Knight game by Team Cherry, we play as an unnamed protagonist commonly referred to as the Knight (agender at creation) and we are able to dash to avoid enemies attack.
In its sequel, Hollow Knight: Silksong, we play as Hornet (female), the Knight's sister, and we are now able to not only dash, but sprint by holding down the dash button, which allows us to gain new moves associated with sprinting.
From this we can infer 2 things:
Only women can sprint, everyone else can only dash
Sprinting may also be exclusive to sisters of their previous games' protagonist
He practically jumped into my arms!
The shape of love
we were not born to text we were put on this earth to smoke blunts and jerk eachother off in massive fields of soft grass on a breezy sunny day
i talk about transitioning and all anyone ever says is "I hope you don't regret it" what if instead we said I hope you love it. I hope it's everything you ever wanted. I hope you live the rest of your life in utter bliss. etc etc.
I hope you transition and I hope it's the best thing you ever did and I hope you never look back and I hope you finally feel comfortable in your own skin
There should be more hours in between midnight and 5 am because I am a night owl and also an early riser morning enjoyer and I need 8 to 10 hours of sleep also
If you come across anyone who starts off with "Scientists don't want you to know..." you need to understand that they're lying. They're completely full of shit and working a grift.
Because they've never met or spoke with a scientist.
Scientists WANT YOU TO KNOW. Scientists want you to know SO MUCH. Scientists would be THRILLED to teach you EVERYTHING they know in EXPLICIT DETAIL. Scientists LOVE to share information and their findings and their theories. They don't want to hide anything, ever. They are SO HAPPY to share.
This goes for historians, too!
