This is me - not flexed, not posing. I’m not shredded, I don’t have abs or striations, I don’t have the smallest waist or the biggest butt, I have cellulite like a normal woman. I’m not currently training for anything specific, just living my life and making fitness a part of it. I’m trying new things fitness-wise and trying to be a well-rounded athlete. I also have energy to do other things I love like modeling, hanging out with friends, focusing on my business, and soooo much more. I’m healthy, my hormones are working properly, and most importantly, I’m happy. There is more to life then how much you weigh, weighing every single thing that enters your mouth, your body fat percentage, and how big your butt is. It’s amazing to have specific fitness goals, but it’s also okay not to put so much time and energy into only focusing on that and what you look like. You are more than your body. Yes, fitness is a huge part of my life and being in the industry puts a lot of emphasis on how you look which is fine, that is the nature of the industry, but I am also more than my body. Just a reminder: no one is perfect, do what makes you happy, health is more than what you look like, and always love yo self 💃🏼
Love you 💞💞💞💞
Just did a 40-minute upper body workout at 15 minutes of HIIT. I want to die but daaaamn Fitness Blender
I’m leaving to drive back to New York today, and I’ve gotta say this trip has been so great for me (besides the whole Bar exam thing🙈). I haven’t gone on a long trip since starting my health & fitness journey, and I know that if I had in the past I would’ve been freaking out about not being able to hit my macros or not being able to eat completely “clean” or not being able to train like I usually do, but I think that I’ve really found a good balance with nutrition & training that works for me & my life at this point in time. I love eating fresh nutrient-dense meals that nourish my body and make me feel good, but I also love eating donuts & pizookies because they’re delicious and also make me feel good. I love going to the gym & lifting weights because it makes me feel strong and helps relieve stress, but I also really love hiking and doing outdoorsy things because being in nature invigorates my soul. There’s no one way to be fit & healthy, and that not only goes from person to person, but also for yourself. Your journey is going to change & evolve over the years, and it’s important to let yourself continue to learn & grow and do what’s right for you at the current point in time💕🌻
Love this mindset :)
Interesting!
Maybe I'll give this a shot
Be yourself. People don’t have to like you, and you don’t have to care.

Did a 20-minute HIIT workout and had to modify some moves. Rolling back on my tailbone is still a definite no so I did some bicycles and upper body weight movements while those segments were happening. My arms hurt and it's great.
After having to take ANOTHER week off of exercising I'm going to give it a shot today. I wish the reason for my break was something cool or exciting but it's because I hoisted myself up on a chin-up bar on the WRONG SIDE OF THE DOOR and slammed my ass into the ground from 5ft up :/ so I was le sore and working out was preventing it from healing, hence the break. It hasn't bothered me at all for 2 or so days so I'm going to do my best :)

LORD 😍
Today I'm going to finish my 5th workout after my extended fitness break and even though it's only going to be my 5th workout in a month I already feel stronger, prettier, and better about myself. I forgot to do measurements before I started up again but I think I'll be able to see the changes in my body. As per usual, eating is the most difficult part. I just want to eat everything bad for me due to my post-workout hollow leg, but my friend is keeping me on the straight and narrow because he's trying to reach his own fitness goals. So that definitely helps, a lot.
I haven't worked out for about a month but I'm jumping back into it! My work schedule got crazy inconsistent, I got my period, and I wasn't staying at home because my apartment was getting renovated but I'm back! Just to let you know how out of shape I really am, I almost threw up after my workout.. That's what extended breaks do to you! Let's hope that that goes away soon.
After an insane Arnold blueprint leg day - 20 Sled pushes with 70kg and then 2 with 110kg…. someone sew me on some new legs. 😅 #bodybuilding #fitfam #fitness #health #gym #muscle @_piba_ #shehulk #thunderthighs #thighsofsteel #gains
Make it happen. Shock everyone.
