1 and half lb loss this week so I’m only 4 lb away from being at my lowest weight since beginning this journey again. I’m really pleased with how well the last couple of weeks have gone. I’ve completely avoided all sweets, chocolate, biscuits, cake etc for 3 weeks now. I’m not feeling at all deprived so I hope I can continue feeling this positive for another while.

Work was hard today. Definitely getting my sea legs under me, and not easily.

I’m trying very hard not to soothe with food. I had that thought, but I’m getting my hair done and looking forward to a walk with my honey when I get home - weather is finally beautiful!!

Also, made turkey/sweet potato chili before work today, and it will be fantastic. Wendys just wouldn’t taste as good!
