I REALLY didn't want to go to the gym tonight.

I definitely didn’t want to do cardio. But as soon as I got there and I saw so many people working their butts off, it motivated me to work hard too. Cardio was accomplished, along with lower body! 😁

weekly weigh in

Hello everyone! I decided to do the weekly weigh ins again I like keeping track of my progress so why not. I started really upping the gym the last couple weeks. starting to notice some progress in my loose skin. I met with a personal trainer, I don’t think i’m going to work with him, I mean I've done it on my own for so long, I got this!
