Hashem's condition is critical today, and we have reached a point where we no longer know what to do. Due to severe head and jaw injuries, he has been unable to eat or drink normally for some time, and his body is growing weaker every day, to the point where his health is in real danger.
The doctors confirmed that his condition requires urgent surgery, but we cannot afford the operation or treatment. Every passing minute worsens his condition, and we fear we will run out of time before we can save him.
