Photo from Germany. Likely circa (roughly) 1930 in area of Dresden. Heavily water-damaged. From the possessions of a German immigrant and Holocaust survivor who migrated to Saint Paul, Minnesota in the 1950s, and which came into my possession through a very long and convoluted journey.
Any help deciphering the pencil inscription on the reverse would be greatly appreciated.
