Interviewing the Muse: Ranger edition
The elf looks up from his fletching, seated on a pile of logs just outside the garrison walls. "Uh, hello. Keir...and you are?"
2. What is your real name?
"Oh."Â He seems to realize whats happening and sits back a little, letting the arrow in his hand dangle from his fingers. "Keirith Syl'win."
3. Do you know why you were called that?

"Nope. Parents must've thought it sounded alright I suppose."
4. Are you single or taken?
Keir looks down at the arrow and knife in his hands and begins inspecting the blade. "I was."
5. Have any abilities or powers?

"Ah... Pretty good shot with a bow I guess."
6. Stop being a Mary Sue.
7. What’s your eye color?
"Green and green. They were green before everyone started doing it."
8. How about your hair color?

"Hm? Oh."Â He seems to realize his hood is up and reaches to touch it but not pull it back. "Brown. And no not golden or honey or any of that, just straight mud colored brown. I dunno why everybody has some crack about all elves being blond."
9. Have you any family members?

"Not left, no. Well, I have a cousin who was raised but I haven't spoken to him really.. it's uh.. it's complicated. His wife and I stay in touch though. Poor girl."Â Keir drops the arrow he was working on in a pile, reaching to pick up a new one. "I had a wife and a daughter."
"I dunno if I'd call her a pet if I were you.."Â He inclines his head toward the mass of white fur lying nearby.
11. That’s cool I guess, now tell me about something you don’t like.

The ranger snorts, "You're hard to impress. Lets see.. I don't like freezing my tail off in ice and snow, how about that?"
12. Do you have any hobbies/activities you like doing?

"I like being outdoors, have been my whole life round about. I like riding, horses mostly. I know we're known for Hawkstriders but.. have you ever ridden one? Bumpy as all fel, I'd rather ride one of the wolves they keep here. Which, by the way, isnt as easy as it looks either." He shakes the arrow in his hand at the interviewer. Clearly he could go on about this particular subject.
13. Ever hurt anyone before?

14. Ever… killed anyone before?

He turns a silent eye on the other, before looking back at his task. "I don't hunt game with all these." He motions somberly to the spread of arrows waiting to be fletched.
15. What kind of animal are you?

"Fox." He grins. "I think most elves would identify as a fox if they thought about it. But as a ranger, I live by my wits and my ability to blend in. Just like a fox."
16. Name your worst habits.
"I have moods. Usually when I have things on my mind. I guess if you catch me in one I can be a little bit of an asshole," a shrug. "And.. I mean, I had a kid, I try to be patient. Sometimes though, especially with new recruits, what they need is a swift kick in the ass."
17. Do you look up to anyone at all?

"I dunno if I look up to anyone particular, but I can admire the traits of someone. I can appreciate the job the Regent-Lord is doing, especially given he never was big on politics anyway. Brightwing is holding on I think, like the rest of us. I dunno about the others.." Another arrow dropped into the pile. "I admire Lady Liadrin and her passion. And.. Voren'thal." He had stopped working, staring out across the snow. After a moment he shook himself, "There are many."
18. Gay, straight, or bisexual?

19. Do you go to school?

"As much as any elf that didnt study the arcane."
20. Do you ever want to marry and have kids one day?
A pained expression crosses his features before he turns his head. "Next question."
21. Do you have any fanboys/fangirls?
22. What are you most afraid of?
"At this point, not much."
23. What do you usually wear?
"As you see me." He gestures to himself, dressed in leathers and, considering the surroundings, some fur and mail. "I will admit the circumstances have added a bit more bulk and fur to my usual attire." He chuckles.
24. Do you love someone?

25. When was the last time you wet yourself?
The elf laughed out loud, pulling his hood back to look at the interviewer. A grin split his lips. "I would be lying to say it hasn't happened, but I'm certainly not telling you. Nice try though."
26. Well, it’s not over yet!

He shakes his head, still chuckling.
27. What class are you? (High class, middle class, low class)
"I really don't know. Somewhere between middle and low I suppose, not that it matters."
28. How many friends do you have?
29. What are your thoughts on pie?
"I haven't had anything like a pastry in years. Damnit, not likely to out here on an iceblock either." He grumps a bit.
"Whatever does the job...er, mostly. Had a guy in my unit once try and make drink out of "fermented" berries. Said we'd been out in the brush so long he was willing to try anything. I.. well lets say he was the only one who partook and the only one who spent three nights in the weeds, if you know what I mean."
31. What’s your favorite place?
"Eversong. There are still a few places that could pass for Quelthalas."
32. Are you interested in someone?
"No." He paused, looking the interviewer up and down. "I hope all those questions weren't a long awkward pick up line."
33. What’s your bra cup size and/or how big is your willy?
The ranger points his knife at the other, a mock glare on his face only just hiding his smile. "You sound like you should be in the bunks with the mouthy recruits. I'm sure theyd be happy to answer. And probably to demonstrate."
34. Would you rather swim in the lake or the ocean?
"I've swam in plenty of lakes. Harder to stand it when you swallow a belly of ocean water though."
"Again with the pick up lines. Really, I do hate to break your heart but the answer is still no."
"Thats a troll thing. I tend to stay as far away from them and their voodoo as I can." Keir winked.
37. Seme or uke? Top or Bottom? Dominant or Submissive?
"Whats with all the definites? Son, it's a dance. You have to listen to your partner and move accordingly."Â
38. Camping or indoors?

"Light Im outside so much sometimes what I wouldn't give to be inside in a bed instead of sitting in the rain."
39. Are you wanting the interview to end?

"I dunno, you were pretty entertaining at times. But for future reference, its a bit long for a pick up line. Next time just start with your name."
