This post is dedicated to my best friend who thinks she is NOT beautiful at all. She thinks the flaws in her face are anything less than okay. She hates her smile, the way her eyes crinkle up. She hates the marks on her face and thinks that is all anyone ever notices. She believes they define her.

I really want to prove her wrong. She’s absolutely beautiful and I need help telling her that, if anyone would like to pitch in. Thanks guys…

In light of recent events, and the #GiveLoveToday event hosted by Misha Collins and GISHWHES, I would like to give love and nominate a very special person in my life today. Her name is @mialovespercy (Mia) and she is a heart and soul beyond any I’ve ever met. I truly believe she is my angel, and my reason to always keep fighting. In my heart I know God sent her to protect me. My story goes back a few years, I’ve been in and out of the hospital for multiple serious illnesses involving my heart and other issues. I’ve been suicidal on many occasions and acted out on these thoughts on more than one occasion. I have come so close to death, that I’ve been on life support to help me breathe. Each and every time, no matter what time of day, or what she was doing, she was immediately if not already with me to fight through it. She never let me go, she never walked away and she promised me she would never say goodbye to me. It didn’t matter if she had school or she was dealing with her own troubles, she was always right there. The times I hurt her, pushed her away, told her to leave me, she never did. Not once. She always is there for me. Through her own depression, balancing a vigorous school schedule, her mind is constantly running a mile a minute because she is so smart, loyal and deserving of so much more than what I could ever hope to give her. Through all this, she still worries about me first. She means the world to me and I just couldn’t be alive right now if she wasn’t in my life. Right now, she has been having a rough time and I’ve done my hardest but I just cannot compete with her heart and she deserves so much more than I could possibly ever give her. I nominate Mia today and everyday because she is my reason for being alive and being able to type this. Thank you Mia, thank you for everything. I love you, forever and always.

No matter how many times I see/talk to Misha I am still amazed by:

1) How he is even more beautiful IRL than in pictures or on TV.

2) How the slightest change in viewing/camera angle makes him look like a completely different person.

3) How I absolutely can NOT see Castiel in him. (Since he’s been doing the Cas photo ops and playing Lucifer it’s a little easier to see how Misha becomes Cas tho)
