PADDLEBOARDING ON FLOODED STREETS: Californians love their outdoor sports, even when they're in the midst of a natural disaster. So, when the roads flooded today in Mill Valley, on the sixth consecutive day of rain in the Bay Area, one man decided to get where he needed to go on a paddleboard. NBC Bay Area's helicopter flew over Candlestick Park earlier today and this is what we saw: Hundreds of what appears to be discarded stadium seats piled up all over the place. Earlier in the day, San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee unveiled plans for the future of the Candlestick site, an "urban outlet" mall, featuring an African diaspora-themed market, movie theaters and 6,000 homes. Demolition of the storied venue is expected to begin this winter.
