I was wondering if you'd also like some of my non-castle photos? I've got a few photos of ruined abbeys, and other interesting Welsh historical places, so if you'd like, I could share them too?
Holy doughnuts! 100 Followers!
Thank you all for all the support guys, and thank you for taking an interest in these castles!

OH GOD I’M SEEING CASTLES ON THIS BLOG THAT I’VE BEEN TO NOW. I WENT HERE i took a ton of pictures here i just haven’t gotten to them yet!!! ohhhhhhhhhhhhh man the best part about this castle was that pictures didn’t do it justice at ALL.. it’s huge, and worn down but still so, so impressive. castles castles CASTLES
I’m so glad you finally got a chance to see some of these fantastic castles! Beaumaris is a huge castle, I honestly wasn’t expecting it to be as big as it was, though it is a little short compared to others.
It’s hard to really understand how vast these castles are until you’re standing in them, or rather, standing on top of them. There’s no better way to see Wales than from the tower of a castle.
(I’d love to know some more stories from my followers about the castles you’ve seen! If you’d like I could open up submissions so you could share some of your own photos too)
