“You’re right. There’s enough bears around here. What about seashells, or get you those pretty hair braids, hm?” Leaning their head over, Peter looked up at the sky, “Although it’s so lovely right now, we should just head off and skip whatever’s planned for the night. We could throw rocks at some of the cars instead, or free some neighborhood dogs?”
“I suppose we’ll see when we go.” She wanted to get Peter something, too, but wasn’t entirely sure what. Wendy supposed if they were there and Peter saw something they liked, she could always offer to get it. It wasn’t as cool as winning something, but she didn’t think Peter would mind too much. “Or we could go on a walk after lunch and see where that takes us?”
