A Quick Hello
Welcome to my new Tumblr blog. If you do not know me, my name is Wes, and I write things. Sometimes it’s contemporary fantasy. Sometimes it’s not. If you already know me, thanks for your support and also how did you even hear about me?
I will mostly be using this blog to talk about writing. There might (will definitely) be shameless self-promotion of my books. If I think i have experience with something, I’ll try to dole out advice. I can’t say it will always be good advice, but it’s what works for me. There will be my thoughts on the industry, and I’ll do my best to encourage other writers.
I might get busy now-and-then but will keep my Ask Box open for anyone that wants to throw something out there about writing, publishing, or something in one of my novels. Or just because you want to say hello. I’ll do my best to answer as often as I can (which, at the moment, is quite often while I work on some new projects).
If you’d like to get to know my work, I usually suggest my first book, The Sky Thief. Just know that, well, it was my first book and things have gotten better with the second and soon-to-be others.
