First off, some major thanks!
Well, folks, the first ever Julie and the Phantoms Smut Week is over! Can you believe it? We sure can’t!
The turnout has been so incredible. At the time of drafting this post, there are over FIFTY FICS in the collection. That’s amazing!
We can’t thank everyone enough for their support and dedication to this event. It’s been really incredible, and so much better than we ever anticipated. We really did start this as a mostly spite-fueled event, because the fandom’s attitude toward smut was driving us crazy from afar. To get to watch this event turn into a full-fledged, well-loved fest has been wonderful.
This wouldn’t have been possible without all you lovely people, those following us, those sending us anons, and those who made content for the week. You guys are all fantastic. This has been a real delight to watch unfold!
Now, for some announcements!
We will leave the AO3 collection open until midnight PDT on Wednesday August 11th. Starting August 12th, the collection will be closed and we will no longer accept late entries.
In the same vein, we will accept tumblr late entries until the same deadline. So if you finish up something for any of the prompts over the course of the next 3 days, please make sure you tag us! We will give it a reblog.
Once Thursday the 12th hits, we will no longer reblog late entries.
Masterlist posts for each day of the event will go up this coming weekend. It’ll take us some time to gather and format everything to our liking, so please just be patient! In the mean time, you can use our Navigation page to follow the tags and see each day-specific entries.
We think that’s it! We don’t have anything else to say, really. We’re so glad everyone enjoyed themselves and hope everyone had as much fun as we did.
