no bc Gong Yoo was WILD in coffee prince "You're gay, aren't you? Well, I'm not, so stop trying to seduce me."
FIRST OFF SEDUCE YOU???? HELLO???? SO U AGREE YOU ARE BEING SEDUCEDEDED????!!!!!
And also.... he says this as he is LITERALLY PUSHING HER ONTO HIS BED HIS THUMB MOVING ACROSS HER CHEEK -SIR!!!
AND!!! AND!!! HE'S BEEN CHECKING HER OUT SINCE LIKE.... EP 1????
everyone living loving laughing while gong yoo is fighting licheral demons (bisexuality)
coffee prince is easily one of my favorite dramas i think i just forgot how good it was. everything about it is so genuine it makes me want to light a forest on fire. a man coming to terms with his sexuality (even if he's not actually in love with a man but HE doesn't know that) at 30 and having to change his entire conception of himself, struggling with this new found attraction and hating himself for it but at the same time he can't stay away or deny his feelings for eunchan like hooooly shit
coffee prince is truly fantastic. i’m kicking my feet i’m squealing i’m laughing out loud i’m yearning. a wonderful portrayal of a straight man slowly falling in love with another person who he thinks is also a man. the gender of it all. the 2007 of it all. li shang and fa mulan primed me for this in childhood and i am eating this up for breakfast lunch AND dinner
i love looking at beautiful men
gong yoo’s performance here is something really special. a person sliding into a queer identity they were previously unaware of and trying to overcome internalized homophobia due to the pull of the love they feel being bigger than society expectations and the world and the universe is so………
and also there are TEARS IN HIS EYES
gong yoo has absolutely perfected the desperate-anguished-rageful wet eyed look... thank you my king [gets on my knees for normal reasons]
Rewatching Goblin and thinking about how the death of a centuries-old god lies in the hands of a small, unlucky girl.
How he looks at her with age old eyes that hint at I-have-seen-it-all-nothing-can-surprise-me and yet we see him surprised and flustered by her. We see him at her mercy. She is the love of his life. She is his life and death. The irony in the fact that she lives because he saved her and her mother but he has to die at her hands. His strength in being able to carry that. She is so so young, he is so old. She has poisonous relatives who wish her ill. He makes it rain when he is sad. He has seen the entire world and then some. She is laughably young and lost. And yet. Somehow. They manage to save each other. No matter how briefly.
This young misery-befallen, persevering, surprising girl. With an uncertain future. With no where to go. This old lonely guardian god who keeps serving his punishment. And both of them living, in spite of it all. And both of them of them, finding each other, precisely because of it all.
Local girl rediscovers: exercise actually good for mental health
pretty sure they'd have been more productive if they weren't severed but ok
So it turns out I actually have to build the life I want to live
from a producer/writer of sandman
advice on how to hit him where it hurts here
Tl;dr how you can personally make Neil Gaiman lose money (and not be a jerk to others.)
I see a lot of folks upset that NG will financially benefit from residuals and other compensation surrounding his involvement in the adaptation of Sandman and Good Omens (and he will.) But the answer isn’t “rage at the fans who are so emotionally attached to their blorbos because they grieve differently, and then somehow NG will be financially punished.” That’s lower-class/middle-class thinking. NG is too rich and financially diversified to really be hurt by little boycott or a couple of show cancellations (though said cancellations can cause life-changing poverty to the little guys who signed contracts and turned down other opportunities before all of this came out. Boy does NG love women in poverty 🤮)
So if you want to substantially reduce the wealth of someone at NG’s financial level—you need to do it with professional services fees.

I've reblogged this like 20 times but knowing he's suing one of his victims has made me come back to do it some more because fuck him. How very fucking dare he.
Let's hit him in his fucking pocket.
Source on suing his victim:
"i'd hoped there'd be stars" is so gutwrenching to hear because the doctor knows the stars as a site of transformation. you could say the thesis of the show itself is that beholding the stars, going to the stars changes you. but the twelfth doctor believes this with his entire being. he thinks a dalek could change if it saw the birth of stars. he thinks missy can change if they travelled the stars together. even after being trapped in the confession dial for 4.5 billion years, looking at the stars to learn that he's been there for a very long time burning himself up, over and over and over, he'd hoped there'd be stars at the end. just like at the beginning when he stole a tardis and ran away. and transformed.
a lot of things get on my nerves. im constantly annoyed. and i also have a deep love of humanity and the world but everything is really annoying
