oddly enough, I do like the idea. There’s a symbolism that even in the end, after all the sacrifices, Jack cannot find calm. So he sacrifices himself. It’s naivety. I probably explained that really unwell. Uh. Imma go yeah. Throw tomatoes.. 🥹 (actually do throw tomatoes, I like them..)

Charles is secretly a clingy drunk when he gets a few drinks in too deep.

Here is canon evidence to support my theory:

He’s always trying to hold or touch somebody when inebriated and it’s literally so fucking adorable.

Especially knowing his background too, with it being said his father was a nasty drunk, so seeing him being the opposite by getting all merry and affectionate is such a treat.
