I looove when I hit a whole number goal… like 150 to 140 to 130 lbs. It motivates me to NEVER go above that number again 😇 🥂

I’m surrounded by close friends and family who talk nonstop about weight/food/dieting… my mom, sister, bffs, in-laws. These people will have a tomato for dinner but it’s weird if I skip a lunch??
