What do I really want in this life? What do I love doing. What do you love?

The reaction is actually attraction. It is a vibration: the universe sends it back. Attraction is a secondary law, it is very real. You have got to operate on that higher frequency. That does not work! The results don't lie, we are spiritual beings. Whatever we ask, it will give us. Vibration is feeling--the results you are getting. You are in the wrong vibration and we can change it. When you hear the truth, you will know it. How to explain that, well there is music in this room right now. There is music in your room. We know it is here, It is in the room and we don't hear it because our ears do not operate on the frequency the music is being broadcast on.

The truth resonates with who you are. You just know that is right. I know. That is the truth. It resonates with who we are. That's the receiver. For 60 years, I study this every day. I am obsessed with this. One time that bothered me, it doesn't anymore. I just don't stop studying it and it is so beautiful. I hear obsession and I thought that was negative. Somebody told me I was obsessed with something or I thought I was obsessed. The magnificent obsession. I am obsessed with a beautiful concept, who am I.

They come to tell me, this is my partner! Rarely do people come to tell you what they have done wrong. Fix it! Relationships that do well, are relationships where people take responsibility, it is safe to take responsibility. Relationships that do well are relationships that really struggle: the need for connection and the need for freedom. You need to be able to have belonging. You have a very good system. You need stability but you also need change. People find their bliss.

Emotional capitalism, this is not a good deal. Where is my KPI? Emotion has entered the business world. Relational intelligence at work becomes foundational, the quitters are the winners. This is the two main subjects that every body is talking about. You have to deal with the consequences of the changes. We can not catch up, there are too many changes. It is a unique educational opportunity but it makes people very nervous. I was up the whole time dealing with the time.

How many thought the problem is with the other? Maybe, the issue is with me.

Relationship intelligence: you hear this! This idea that the language of emotion is the new business buzz words. One is happening at home and now at work. Our sense of identity was something that was given to us. We want intimate relationships for self actualization. We leave for the quality of our life. It is not clear what you should do!
