Do you even hit post or send and immediately regret doing it? But you don’t delete or unsend for some dumb reason? Like you messaged a guy that you wanted to ask him out, and so you type up a message.

“Hey. This is super out of the blue, but I think you’re super cool and I was wondering if you wanted to go out to dinner? Like on a date?”

Then you hesitate for a moment. Wondering “is this really a good idea?” Then you hit send anyway. You regret it immediately. But you don’t do anything about it. “Maybe something will turn out” you think. “Who knows”

Well I’m in that who knows again. So we’ll see.

Ok because ever asked really nicely I’ll be telling y’all what prompted this. I asked out a guy. I named him Curage in a previous post that was entirely in French. It went super well. We’ve been talking non-stop. We have a date planned at a ramen place on Saturday. So I got to go out and buy a jacket in case he needs one in the middle of June on top of the one he always wears. And also maybe condoms. Who knows what may happen. Oh boy I’m so excited. I’ll tell y’all how it goes

I love The Boys. I loved this show. Im so mixed about its ending. Spoilers ahead. I’m so happy for all of these actors. They all partake all of the greatest satire. Again spoiler warning

Daveed Diggs. From a southern patriot to a southern bootlicker. Having someone who plays the 2 greatest patriots play one of the greatest anti-patriots is great. Oh how the mighty have fallen.

Antony Starr is truly one of the greatest actors in history. He’s so freaking scary. Playing Homelander must be so hard. He plays the greatest metaphor film history (in my opinion) playing the most hatable character must be such a hard role. I’m sorry Mr. Starr.

Jack Quaid. I have such a soft spot for the dorks in TV shows. You did such a good job keeping the dork in a character in such a hard spot. Great job. You’re a national hero

My brain is super silly and likes to horde memories. I have (undiagnosed) Hyperthymesia. A really good memory. My parents never bothered to get me diagnosed cause it wasn’t really an issue, just a neat party trick really.

The way I feel my brain works is like a library. Different book shelves and file cabinets with town documents and VHS tapes and stuff. The labels in the memory section for where everything goes isn’t dates, but rather relative numbers.

In the basement of my library is a file cabinet. Real dusty but the a clear area on the handle. I like to visit this cabinet often. In it are a couple things. The first VHS and Photographs in the library, a baby blue blanket, a purple flower, ect. Most notably though, the subject of today’s post, a manila folder with a single sheet of paper in it. On it there are 3 things.

1. This surface is soft and cozy. 2. The round thing moves quickly. 3. Obama

My earliest memories, if you can call them that, are of me on a bed or blanket or something, staring at a wall clock, and hearing my parents talk about the 2008 election. And because of the way my brain labels all data points and memories, I can tell this is older than the book containing all the names of my family.

In conclusion, the oldest name in my book of names is the 44the president of these great United 46 States and 4 commonwealths,

I hate going to church. It’s boring and long. It’s early so my hair hasn’t dried from the shower yet. I’m sitting in a large room with wet hair while being lectured at. My friend has just started going to his girlfriend’s meetings. So I know no one here. Social Anxiety on top just makes everything worse. Everyone sees me with my wet hair, sitting by no one, a switch case but not taking it out, and on the verge of tears from fear.

Thought it to be topical. Here's a story. Noah Kahan released his album "The Great Divide" it was advertised with bugs and stuff. And a little girl brought in a box of ladybugs into work that very same day. I told her about how ladybugs are apex predators and about farmers using them to keep crops safe and how in some places during the spring they come out in huge numbers. I then cried on my way home from work listening to the new album

I would also like to add. A couple of days ago my nephew found a ladybug in the grass and we followed it for like 13 minutes. Then I found a ladybug in my window sill the day after. Crickets have been living in my window well recently and I fall asleep to them every night. And I’ve been playing Fallout London recently and I’ve been seeing ladybirds everywhere. I just think who ever is in charge of putting bugs in my life thought it would be cool to have so many of them around the release of this album. I like bugs
