Zanka was once human and part of a family of renowned monster hunters, but ended up taking some kind of magical artefact that claimed it would make him “more powerful” that did indeed increase his power, but also turned him into some kind of tentacle monster. Either it comes out of a humanlike form, or he has a human form in addition to his monster form.
After his transformation, he ran away in shame and took up residence in the mountains in a clear, deep pool between two consecutive waterfalls. Here he mopes and eats fish.
Jabber, an adventurer type, took a bounty for some treasure supposedly located at this scenic spot. Actually he kind of just wanted to go up there because he thought the area was cute, and ended up mentioning this in a casual chat with somebody who told him about the bounty. Never one to turn down extra cash along the path of something he was going to do already, he resolved to look for the treasure.
Instead, he found a tentacle monster sleeping in the pool.
Jazzed out of his fucking gourd, he drops all his shit and jumps into the pool.
Zanka, pissed off that he’s being disturbed, immediately grabs this fucking guy and thinks about rending him limb from limb a little.
As he is sort of being pulled apart by a tentacle monster with lots of tentacles wound tightly around his body, Jabber of course starts moaning.
This ticks Zanka off enough that he starts trying to give Jabber something to really panic about, but that just ends up giving Jabber an orgasm.
Zanka, shocked, drops him into the water, but then has to pick him up again when he almost drowns.
Jabber (unaware that Zanka is sentient and can hear+understand him) brings up the tentacle monster hentai trope and goes, “Look, I know you don’t know what the fuck I’m saying, but if you could…”
This pisses Zanka off and also increases the girth of his boner so much that he starts cramming his tentacles into every one of Jabber’s holes he can find.
Jabber has a very predictable reaction to this. Fluids everywhere. Zanka dunks him off the edge of the waterfall to get him clean and then pulls him up and keeps going.

Jabber wakes up to being tended by Zanka in his human form (easier to attend him that way). They have a horrible conversation that ends with Jabber fleeing the mountain, cackling, with every intention of coming right back.

When Jabber comes to, he's being lightly held down as a handsome man's entire hand and wrist are groping around inside him.
Why is this happening? Well, because there are things inside of him that need to be removed.
And why are there things inside of him that need to be removed? Well, because Zanka put them there.
You see, during their earlier rendezvous, Zanka might have gotten a little excited about the proceedings in more than one way. In that form, most of his limbs are just limbs... but one of his limbs is a specialized organ by which the eggs he did not know he had can be deposited into the host he did not know they needed.
