Protection: calling upon the Archangels

[ I borrow from *Linda Dillon: Posting of the Archangels ‘An absolutely foolproof way … is to call in the Mighty Ones: Archangel Michael, Raphael, Uriel, Jophiel and Gabriel, to join you and seal the room, house or building with protection, healing and guidance.’ ]

[ I usually do this in bed before I start energy healing. Being and feeling safe makes it easy to relax and be receptive. Making this request before the start of day is also a good idea. But really it can be done any time.]

Post the Archangels by saying their names 3 times, as a set.

Start at the front door: Michael (visualize blue)

Move clockwise to the right: Raphael (emerald green)

Clockwise to 3rd side: Uriel (silver)

Clockwise to 4th side: Jophiel (purple)

Finally directly in front: Gabriel (gold)

I then ask for protection: “My Archangels please protect me (and *names) now and always.

Protect us in our homes, our place of work, our vehicles, places we visit, and in all that we do that we are always safe in God’s love and light.

2. I usually name my most beloved and then add “our family, our friends, our neighbours”.

We can include as many beings as we want because angels are infinitely powerful and will not be spread thin.

It’s different when we have to consider the 'bandwidth’ of our physical bodies as we act as conduits for healing energies to flow through.

Energy shielding

[I do this before getting up but really can be done any time, many times.]

“Archangel Michael, I call upon you to shield me (and ‘names’) from all fear, negativity and low vibrating energies.” X3

Energy clearing

[Anytime we feel uncomfortable, being crowded, deafened by noise etc, our energy may have been muddled or affected by the collective consciousness. It is especially easy to be affected for those of us who are energy sensitive. ]

“Archangel Michael,

I am calling upon you for energy clearing. (This is a request for myself and ‘names’)

Please clear my/our energy field(s) and the energy of our home, our place of work, our cars, places we visit and beings we come in contact with, be cleared of all fear, negativity and low vibrating energies!”

Energy healing

[We are designed to self heal. We access our healing energies by intention, and receive pure and potent source energy when we ask. ]

[Quiet down with 3/or more easy, long breaths that connect our soul star chakra, 7 chakras on physical body, earth star chakra]

(Focus above crown> 3rd eye> throat> heart) Breath in: from above crown into heart chakra

(Focus from heart > along spine/central column> below feet) Breath out: from heart down central column to feet/earth

Say or intent- “Mighty I Am presence, Higher self, physical body: Activate our healing energy, and Tap into source energy To facilitate and support our healing.

(I am stacking with me ‘names’ to receive these healing energies.)

I intent to heal our physical bodies, our emotional bodies, our mental bodies, and our energy bodies.

Thank you and so it is! Amen, amen, amen!“

[Stay in quiet relaxed state for 5/10/20/30 minutes or however long is comfortable. I always run healing sessions in bed and often fall asleep during that calm.]

Note: When stacking to gift healing energy, we are advised to stack up to three people so energy flow is within our physical bodies’ ‘bandwidth’.
