Hi, this blog for mostly obsessing over my dnd character turned Tav.
I just think she’s neat!

Asena of the Fey’nrir — Protector of the Pack
She/her — Half-elf — Mid-late 30s — Open Hand Monk (9) / Wolf Heart Barbarian (3) — Folk Hero (more like local cryptid) — Determined to fuck the sad wizard man
Deadbeat adventurer, former werewolf, not-quite mom friend
(Some nonsense notes under the cut)
Became a werewolf to serve as a warrior for her people. Her power has been sealed and her people fled to the feywild/scattered across the continent after an Incident. Lived alone in the woods for 2-3 years because she was very stubborn about not wanting to do either of those things.
Eventually headed to Baldur’s Gate and got mixed up with adventurers along the way, has been bouncing around adventuring parties for the past 5ish years.
Super chill! But also responsible for everything and everyone :) And secretly deeply, righteously angry all the time.
From the Terry Pratchett school of militant decency
Compulsively helpful
Abandonment issues
Physical affection please
Feral! But in the sense that she was formerly a domesticated creature and could be again if that makes sense.
So loving and compassionate, so willing to throw hands about it
Hates being told what to do. Nothing will get her thinking more creatively than being told ‘there’s no other way’. “Only two options? We’ll fucking see about that.”
Thinks Selûne might have burned down her house (to get her to move her ass)
Loves grappling with change, attachment, control, power, balance, morality, responsibility, etc. So good at it.
Acts like she has nothing to hide but is an expert at sidestepping out of questions and redirecting attention off herself.
Finished Act 2 in my first playthrough not romancing Gale and I was surprised how immediately he starts going on about the crown. It’s been a minute, but like I remember him talking about it but being a lot more vague and wanting to confirm what it was with the book first. It’s interesting to think being in a relationship almost has him more cautious?
Dusk is my extra scrungly redeemed durge. Orin's hand slipped and she took a lil extra out when she ousted her sibling. As such they are having a bad time and are certified NOT IN CHARGE (they also cant really taste sour anymore??). preferring to let Wyll and Lae'zel call the shots while dealing with the horrors™.
I torture them (lovingly) but I gave them a dog in exchange. Scratch is their fav camp-mate (even after Karlach, which she respects. He's always following them around, looking for scritches and also jerky, and maybe cheese, sometimes a nice bone. Dusk is the reason a white dog somehow stays perfectly clean despite everything; they take his grooming very seriously. He's usually more cleaned up then they are.
