i mean i made the mistake of getting involved with a cancer who on one hand had a lot of feelings and on the other did not know how to regulate or communicate them

Amy Woolard has an amazing article out this month, Tent Revival, about the largest rural free clinic pop-up in the country. It’s a great narrative piece but also a pretty deep dive into the ways in which poverty interacts with physical and emotional health.
