i love all the witches and higher powers in umineko but truly I derive so so much joy in viewing these as extensions of lengthy discussions between ikuko and tohya bcos in a story about playing with toys to live a life worth living having the whole thing be an extended discussion / play session / creation time between those 2 is pretty magical. truly even at a macro level of the story, it takes 2 to make a universe
