Our first recommendation for the reopening of Dublin’s nightclubs is for the techno lovers, none other than the infamous club ‘39/40’ on Dublin’s Quays. ‘INDEX’ presents ‘Rebüke’ headlining, a well-established Donegal DJ that will be playing at 39/40 on October 23rd. Get set for an action-packed night as Rebüke headlines in the main room of the club. The Reopening Weekend @ The Academy

After a tough year of the venue keeping its door shut and amusing the public with their funny and relatable slogans on their iconic sign that hangs underneath the venue, the clubs doors are finally opening back up again on the 22nd of October as The Academy hosts their Mega reopening weekend. Resident DJs will be providing the soundtrack on all 3 floors of the venue alongside world class stage production throughout the whole weekend playing all your favourite bangers as they would have before the pandemic hit. Midnight reopening takes place on the night of the 21st as the clock hits 12am, followed by their infamous Neon Neon Friday night and finishing it off with the return to circus on Saturday. Along with hearing your favourite hits, expect the usual carry on with drink deals and the classic Academy Jugs throughout the weekend. All 3 nights sold out in record time so it is looking to be one hell of a reopening weekend in the Academy.

Wigwam celebrates club reopening weekend by bringing in world-renowned Amsterdam-born DJ and producer Job Jobse to play in their venue's basement. This is an excellent opportunity to see Job Jobse perform in such an intimate environment, since it is his first appearance in the Wigwam basement in over 5 years. Young Irish collective 'Bella Festa,' who have been hard developing their reputation around Ireland throughout lockdown, will provide support on the night.
