Some idiot rear-ended my brand new car and dealing with this stupid insurance company is the worst. It's not even my fault that my first car that I bought with my hard-earned money has to be sitting there damaged to death because State Farm is so freaking crappy in its processing. I can't get a rental. I can't bring my car to an auto body shop.
